株洲市中小学校特色建设研究

【摘要】:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出“鼓励学校办出特色”,推动各级各类学校办出特色,已经成为国家未来教育改革发展的重大战略任务和目标指向。因此,推动学校特色建设的理论研究与实践探索向纵深发展,就显得非常必要。本文以学校特色建设为研究对象,以株洲市28所具有代表性的中小学校为案例,通过资料收集和整理,对株洲市中小学校特色建设进行了研究。本文的框架分为五个部分,首先阐述了研究背景、研究的理论和实践意义,在文献综述的基础上对学校特色和特色学校的概念进行了界定和辨析,并介绍了本文运用的三种研究方法,分别是文献法、案例法和经验总结法。本文的第二部分是株洲市中小学校特色建设的概况,介绍了株洲市开展中小学校特色建设的背景和过程,以及最具代表性的28所中小学校特色建设的概况。在此基础上,对株洲市中小学校特色建设的类型进行了划分,以科技、艺体、传统文化、德育以及管理为切入点,对这些学校特色的类型进行了归纳整合,并且分析了各种类型的特点。在归纳和分析了株洲市中小学校特色建设的类型和特点后,总结了株洲市中小学校特色建设的主要经验,从选择适合特色之路、形成独特学校文化、打造优秀的特色建设队伍、规划有效的特色建设工作这四个方面进行了经验总结。本文的最后一部分是中小学校特色进一步发展的建议,学校特色是内外因素综合作用的结果,以此为基础从教育行政部门和中小学校自身的两个角度提出了相关的建议。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 proposed that "schools should be encouraged to set up their own characteristics," and that schools of all levels and all types should be encouraged to set up their own characteristics. It has become a major strategic task and goal of the future education reform and development of the country. Therefore, the theoretical research and practical exploration to promote the construction of school characteristics to the depth of development. This article takes the school characteristic construction as the research object, taking Zhuzhou 28 representative primary and middle schools as the case, through the data collection and the arrangement. The framework of this paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, the research background, the theoretical and practical significance of the research are described. On the basis of literature review, this paper defines and distinguishes the concept of school characteristic and characteristic school, and introduces three research methods used in this paper, namely, literature method. The second part of this paper is the general situation of Zhuzhou primary and middle school characteristic construction, and introduces the background and process of Zhuzhou primary and middle school characteristic construction. And the most representative of the 28 primary and secondary schools characteristics of the general situation. On the basis of this, Zhuzhou primary and secondary schools are divided into the types of characteristic construction, with science and technology, arts and sports, traditional culture. Moral education and management as a starting point, the characteristics of these schools are summarized and integrated, and the characteristics of various types of analysis. After the induction and analysis of Zhuzhou primary and secondary schools characteristics of the types and characteristics. This paper summarizes the main experience of Zhuzhou primary and middle school characteristic construction, from the choice of suitable characteristic road, forms the unique school culture, builds the outstanding characteristic construction team. The last part of this paper is the suggestion of further development of the characteristics of primary and secondary schools, the school characteristics are the result of the comprehensive effect of internal and external factors. Based on this, this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions from the educational administration department and the primary and middle school itself.
