【摘要】:纵观漫长的学校管理发展史,学校管理在不同的时代具有不同的特征,经历了经验管理、科学管理和文化管理等不同的管理模式。倚重个人经验的经验管理和强调制度规范的科学管理在一定时期促进了学校的发展,但是随着时代发展,它们已难以满足当前学校管理的新要求。强调个人价值实现的文化管理开始成为学校管理研究领域的重点,而价值观管理作为学校文化管理的核心也逐渐成为新的研究热点。学校价值观管理,就是通过梳理提炼学校核心价值观体系,传播进而内化为全体学校成员的行为准则,在实现学校成员自身发展的同时最终引领学校走向卓越的新型战略管理模式。本文围绕如何建构中小学学校价值观管理模式的问题,借鉴前人研究成果,以学校价值观为切入点,结合多位资深杭州名校长的访谈实录,综合运用文献总结、访谈调研、个案探究等研究方法,从我国教育研究和教育实际着眼,在理论建构和实践运用方面进行了一定程度的探索,初步建构了中小学价值观管理的模式。全文主要由文献综述、理论建构、实践探索三个部分构成。文献综述部分主要对中小学学校价值观管理发展进程、国内外研究现状进行归纳,总结成就、分析不足。研究的理论建构由第三章和第四章构成:首先,在确定研究的基本问题、思路方法后,借鉴相关研究成果,初步界定了中小学价值观、中小学价值观管理和中小学价值观管理模式的内涵,及其实施原则;其次,结合现实情况,分析了当前中小学价值观管理中存在的问题,讨论了建构中小学学校价值观管理模式的现实价值。实践探索部分的内容集中于第五章和第六章:首先综合多位杭州资深名校长的访谈资料,初步建构了梳理与提炼-传播与内化-评估与完善的中小学价值观管理模式;最后以杭州市J校为例,讨论了中小学价值观管理模式在实践中的具体应用,佐证了提炼-内化-提升的中小学价值观管理模式的可操作性和实践作用。
[Abstract]:Throughout the long history of school management, school management in different times has different characteristics, experienced experience management. Different management models such as scientific management and cultural management. Experience management based on personal experience and scientific management with emphasis on institutional norms have promoted the development of schools in a certain period of time, but with the development of the times. They have been unable to meet the new requirements of the current school management. Cultural management, which emphasizes the realization of individual value, has become the focus of the school management research field. Value management as the core of school culture management has gradually become a new research hotspot. School value management is through sorting out the school core value system. Dissemination and internalization as a code of conduct for all school members. In order to achieve the development of school members and ultimately lead the school to a new strategic management model of excellence. This paper focuses on how to construct the school value management model of primary and secondary schools, and draw lessons from previous research results. With the school values as the breakthrough point, combined with many senior Hangzhou principals interviews, comprehensive use of literature summary, interview research, case study and other research methods, from the educational research and education reality. In the theoretical construction and practical application of a certain degree of exploration, preliminary construction of the model of value management in primary and secondary schools. The full text is mainly from literature review, theoretical construction. The part of literature review mainly summarizes the development process of school value management, the current research situation at home and abroad, and summarizes the achievements. The theoretical construction of the research consists of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4th: first of all, after determining the basic problems and thinking methods of the study, using the relevant research results for reference, the paper preliminarily defines the values of primary and secondary schools. The connotation and implementation principle of value management in primary and secondary schools and the mode of value management in primary and middle schools; Secondly, combined with the reality, it analyzes the existing problems in the value management of primary and secondary schools. This paper discusses the practical value of constructing the management model of school values in primary and secondary schools. The content of the practical exploration part is focused on chapter 5th and chapter 6th: firstly, it synthesizes the interview materials of several senior principals in Hangzhou. The primary construction of combing and refining-dissemination and internalization-evaluation and improvement of the value management model of primary and secondary schools; Finally, taking J school in Hangzhou as an example, the paper discusses the concrete application of value management mode in primary and middle schools, and proves the maneuverability and practical function of the value management mode of refining, internalizing and promoting in primary and middle schools.
