【摘要】：国家教育进展评估是美国最具影响力的评估项目,于2014年首次对技术与工程素养进行了评估,为STEM中的技术(T)与工程(E)教育改进提供证据。领域、实践和情境构成了评估的三维架构。测试任务或项目由基于真实情境的场景题和独立题所组成,学生通过操作计算机完成所有项目。评估对测试时间、内容和题型等进行了平衡设计以保证测量的可靠性和可行性。NAEP在技术与工程素养评估框架开发、"计算机化"及题型等方面的创新为我国STEM素养测量与评价的开发提供了借鉴。
[Abstract]:The National Assessment of Educational Progress is the most influential evaluation project in the United States, which first evaluated technology and engineering literacy in 2014. Provide evidence for technical and engineering educational improvement in STEM. Practice and situation constitute the three-dimensional framework of evaluation. The test task or project is composed of scene questions and independent questions based on real situation. The students complete all the projects by operating the computer. The test time is evaluated. The content and the title are designed in balance to ensure the reliability and feasibility of measurement. NAEP is developed in the framework of technical and engineering literacy evaluation. The innovation of computerization and question type provides a reference for the development of STEM literacy measurement and evaluation in China.
