高中思想政治课有效教学策略研究

【摘要】:自高中思想政治课程改革以来,许多教师都积极地吸收新的课程理念,改进教学手段和方法,来提高高中思想政治课有效教学。教学效果从总体上来讲有所提高,但仍然产生许多问题,有待改进。对高中思想政治课有效教学进行研究,能够为思想政治课教学实践提供一定的参考和指导。在研究方法上,坚持理论研究与实证研究相结合,采用了文献分析法、比较分析法和观察法等研究方法。根据国内外关于有效教学的研究,列举了一些具有代表性的思想观点,并提出了一些对有效教学的看法,进而对高中思想政治课有效教学进行界定。通过观察高中思想政治课堂中的学生和教师的行为,对教学中存在的问题进行总结和分析,并在此基础上,提出了高中思想政治课有效教学的策略。要理解有效教学,可以从“有效”和“教学”两个方面来进行分析,首先,“有效”包含了有效果、有效率和有效益三重含义,而“教学”则分为知识传递型教学和学习促进型教学。衡量有效教学的唯一标准是学生的进步和发展,因此有效教学的最基本评定标准是教学活动要以学生为本。通过对武汉某普通中学的高中思想政治课堂中的教师和学生的行为进行观察,发现教学目标的达成度不高、教学内容整齐划一、教学方法改不彻底以及师生互动不足等等一些教学问题。教学效果由学生体现,但教学效果的根本决定因素却在于教师。因此,要提高高中思想政治课有效教学,就必须要做到以下四个方面:思想观念是行动的指南,首先要转变教师的教学理念;教学效果是由学生的进步和发展来体现的,要让学生主动地学习,就要激发学生的学习积极性;要让学生坚持不懈地学习,就要培养学生良好的学习习惯;教师在教学中发挥主导性作用,是教学效果的要本决定因素,因此,要提高教师的教学能力。
[Abstract]:Since the high school ideological and political curriculum reform, many teachers have actively absorbed the new curriculum concept, improve teaching methods and methods. In order to improve the effective teaching of high school ideological and political lesson. The teaching effect has been improved in general, but there are still many problems to be improved. The effective teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school is studied. Can provide a certain reference and guidance for the ideological and political teaching practice. In the research method, adhere to the combination of theoretical research and empirical research, the use of literature analysis. According to the research on effective teaching at home and abroad, this paper enumerates some representative ideas, and puts forward some views on effective teaching. Through observing the behavior of students and teachers in the high school ideological and political class, the problems in teaching are summarized and analyzed, and on this basis. To understand effective teaching, we can analyze it from two aspects: "effective" and "teaching". First of all, "effective" contains effective. The meaning of efficiency and benefit is triple, and "teaching" is divided into knowledge transfer teaching and learning promotion teaching. The only criterion to measure effective teaching is the progress and development of students. Therefore, the most basic evaluation standard of effective teaching is that teaching activities should be student-oriented. Through the observation of the behavior of teachers and students in the high school ideological and political classroom of a middle school in Wuhan. It is found that the degree of achievement of teaching goal is not high, the teaching content is uniform, the teaching method is not perfect and the interaction between teachers and students is insufficient, and so on. The teaching effect is reflected by the students. Therefore, in order to improve the effective teaching of ideology and politics in senior high school, we must do the following four aspects: ideology is the guide to action. First of all, we should change the teaching concept of teachers; The teaching effect is reflected by the students' progress and development. In order to make students study unremittingly, it is necessary to cultivate students' good study habits; Teachers play a leading role in teaching, which is the decisive factor of teaching effect. Therefore, teachers' teaching ability should be improved.
