普通高中生学习倦怠问题的调查研究

【摘要】:学习倦怠一直是研究者研究的热门话题,这种现象对学生的身心和学习都产生了负面影响。高中生面临高考的巨大压力,在学习中,身体和心理上都有着较大变化。很容易出现学习成绩下降,厌学,身心疲劳等现象。为此,研究高中生学习倦怠的现象及原因,有助于缓解高中生学习倦怠,使其乐于并主动学习,帮助其顺利度过高中阶段。本研究试图通过对大洼县高级中学的学生的学习倦怠的现状及原因的分析,从而得出其学习倦怠的特点,进而提出缓解高中生学习倦怠的策略。本研究选取盘锦地区一所重点高中528名学生进行问卷调查,并且选取10名学生进行访谈研究。通过调查与访谈明确了中学生学习倦怠的现状及原因。通过对学习倦怠现状的比较分析,总结出中学生学习倦怠现状的特点为:1.高中生存在一定程度的学习倦怠,但此现象并不严重。2.从性别上分析,男生学习倦怠程度高于女生。3.从年级上分析,高二学生衰竭程度高于高一学生;高三学生学业疏离程度高于高二学生,且高二高于高一学生。4.班级干部学生的衰竭程度高于非班级干部学生;在效能感维度上,非班级干部的效能感低于班级干部。5.中等偏下成绩的学生学习倦怠程度高于中等生和上等生。6.城镇学生的衰竭和学业疏离程度高于农村学生。通过对高中生学习倦怠原因的分析,明确了高中生学习倦怠原因的特点为:1.学校因素是影响学生学习倦怠的主要因素。其中包括过重的学业负担,单一的课外活动,不合理的管理方式;2.教师因素是影响学生学习倦怠的重要因素。它包括教师素质和师生关系;3.学生因素是影响学习倦怠的内在因素。它包含学习基础,学习兴趣和学习动机,归因方式和应对方式;4.同学关系,同学在学习上是否给予帮助对学习倦怠有影响;5.家庭因素不容忽视。家庭关系和谐程度,家庭教养方式和学习环境影响学生学习倦怠。根据以上对现状和原因的比较分析,提出缓解高中生学习倦怠的策略:1.转变教育观念,树立正确的人才培养观;2.提高教师整体素质,培养学生自主学习的习惯;3.丰富课程内容和种类,合理安排学生的学习任务;4.培养学生学习兴趣,关注学生心理健康的发展;5.重视学困生的学习状况,帮助其树立自信心;6.创造和谐的家庭氛围及良好的学习环境。
[Abstract]:Learning burnout has always been a hot topic in the research of researchers. This phenomenon has a negative impact on students' body and mind and learning. High school students face the great pressure of college entrance examination in learning. There are great changes both physically and psychologically. It is easy to appear the phenomenon of academic achievement decline, weariness, physical and mental fatigue. Therefore, studying the phenomenon and reason of high school students' learning burnout will help to alleviate the high school students' learning burnout. This study attempts to find out the characteristics of learning burnout by analyzing the present situation and causes of the students' learning burnout in Dawa County Senior Middle School. This study selected 528 students from a key senior high school in Panjin area to conduct a questionnaire survey. And 10 students were selected to interview. Through the investigation and interviews to identify the status quo and reasons of learning burnout. Through the comparative analysis of learning burnout. Summed up the characteristics of middle school students learning burnout is: 1. High school students have a certain degree of learning burnout, but this phenomenon is not serious. 2. From the gender analysis. The degree of burnout of male students is higher than that of female students. 3. According to grade analysis, the degree of exhaustion of sophomore students is higher than that of freshmen. The degree of academic alienation of senior three students is higher than that of sophomore students, and the degree of exhaustion of class cadres and students is higher than that of non-class cadres and students. In the sense of efficacy dimension. Non-class cadres' sense of efficacy is lower than that of class cadres .5.The degree of learning burnout of students with lower secondary grades is higher than that of middle and top students .6.The degree of exhaustion and academic alienation of urban students is higher than that of rural students. The causes of secondary school students' learning burnout. The characteristics of learning burnout of high school students are as follows: 1. The school factor is the main factor that affects the students' learning burnout, which includes excessive academic burden, single extracurricular activities and unreasonable management. 2.The teacher factor is the important factor which affects the students' learning burnout, which includes the teachers' quality and the relationship between teachers and students; 3. The student factor is the internal factor which affects the learning burnout. It includes the learning foundation, the learning interest and the study motivation, the attribution style and the coping style; 4. The relationship between students, whether the students give help in the study has the influence on the learning burnout; 5. Family factors can not be ignored. The degree of harmonious family relationship, family rearing style and learning environment influence students' learning burnout. This paper puts forward the strategy of alleviating the learning burnout of senior high school students: 1. Change the educational concept and establish the correct view of talent training. 2.improve the teachers' overall quality and cultivate students' habit of independent learning; 3.enriching the contents and types of courses and arranging the students' learning tasks reasonably; 4.Fostering students' interest in learning and paying attention to the development of students' mental health; 5. pay attention to the learning condition of the students with learning difficulties and help them to establish self-confidence; 6. Create a harmonious family atmosphere and a good learning environment.
