“五育文化”特色育人的探索实践

【摘要】：温州市第八高级中学从人的全面发展理念审视学校教育教学及管理,通过与学校传统、管理制度、课程体系、教学方式、社会实践等方面的紧密对接,充分整合及发挥德、智、体、美、劳之于人的全面发展的内在功能,形塑了修身文化、成才文化、健康文化、尚美文化、实践文化。它的落实与发展,关键依靠系统完备、科学规范的协同育人机制的强力支持及有效运行,是规章制度、课程体系和教师发展等方面改革的集成和联动。
[Abstract]:Wenzhou 8th Senior Middle School examines the teaching and management of the school from the viewpoint of the all-round development of human beings through the close docking with the school tradition management system curriculum system teaching method and social practice and so on. Fully integrate and give full play to the inherent functions of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor in the all-round development of human beings, and shape the culture of self-cultivation, the culture of talent, the culture of health, the culture of beauty, the culture of practice, and its implementation and development. It is the integration and linkage of rules and regulations, curriculum system and teacher development that the key depends on the strong support and effective operation of scientific and normative cooperative education mechanism.
