【摘要】：“对教育优先进行发展,实施人力资源强国的建设”是在党的十七大中提出来的。在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中提出:“教育是使民族兴旺、社会发展的基础,是使国民素质提升,得到全面发展的道路。要想使一个国家富强,需要先重视教育。”只有具备教育的基础,才可以拥有国民素质的优良;只有出色的教师,才可以将优秀的学生教导出来。因而,怎样使教师的素质得到提升,进行职业道德高尚、业务水平高超的职业化教师队伍的创设,是使教育改革推进,教师水平和学生素质提升的保障。随着教育内涵式发展的提出,如何使一个学校得到更快更准地发展成为了教育界探讨的一个新的方向。在发展模式类型中,内涵式发展是在其发展上,将资源和动力的发展视为内部因素,探讨的是学校教育的内涵,而“内涵式发展”则主要是立足于实践角度,从具体实施的角度,探讨学校教育发展及其途径。从学校而言,就是对学校理念、教育科研、学校文化、教师素质、人才培养等的重视。而不管是学校理念的反映,学校文化的彰显,教育科研的研究等体现的实施者都是教师。因此,注重学校内涵式发展的关键因素还在教师队伍的建设。教师队伍整体得到提升,就可以很好地把学校的各种理念和教学观念以最直观的形式传递给社会、家长和学生。近几年来,曲靖市中学教师队伍专业化在质上有了一定的提升,但由于受地理位置,政府体制和经济因素的影响,曲靖市中学教师队伍建设流动性大、专业化欠缺的现象仍然突出,学校和学校间存在巨大差距,然而,在某种程度上,使创设中学教师队伍的进度和难度加大。本文综合运用了对比法、访问法、问卷调查法、文献分析法,并将曲靖市中学教师队伍专业化存在的问题作为本文研究的主要方向。全文以教育学和管理学等学科里的相关理论为依据,归纳整理了曲靖市2011、2012、2013年的几所学校及相关的教师教育的资料和数据,从教师的学历、构成、软硬件环境以及学生的满意度等指标着手,分析比较了曲靖市三所中学的教师队伍的整体状况,对其中存在的问题进行了探讨,同时以此作为出发点,立足于学校、社会及教师的角度,进行问题的总结和原因的查找,从而提出了相关的策略,诸如,政策制度的制定、投入的经费、教师的社会经济地位以及监管、评价机制的改革等。本文的内容分布大致如下:第一部分从选题背景、选题意义、文献综述等方面阐明了成文的必要性;第二部分把文章中涉及到的概念和理论依据进行归纳整理。使行文看起来有理有据;第三部分根据对三所中学调查问卷整理的结果,对曲靖市中学教师队伍的现状进行总结,归纳出曲靖市中学教师队伍存在的主要问题;第四部分是根据上一部分存在的问题,分析出现这些问题的原因;第五部分是根据存在问题和原因,找到解决的办法。三、四、五三个部分属于文章的主体部分。最后一部分则是总结前三个部分的内容,写出结语。本文最终希望能通过从政府、社会、学校及教师个人方面尽可能全面的分析中,对曲靖市中学教师队伍建设起到一定的辅助作用。希望文章能引起相关部门的关注,从而对曲靖市中学教师队伍在“十三五”的发展中能更加准确地找到方向,以求能到达事半功倍的效果。
