宜昌市高中阳光体育运动开展现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】：近年来,全国学生体质监测结果显示,连续多年的学生体质下滑问题在一定程度上得到遏制,但仍然存在着一些不容忽视的问题,表现的最为明显的是耐力、速度、灵敏、爆发力等力量素质呈现出进一步的下降趋势,学生的视力、肥胖率问题高居不下,令人担忧不已。针对上述问题,为进一步提高学生身体素质,国家于2007年开始实施阳光体育运动,全国阳光体育运动虽已实施多年,对提高学生的体质起到了一定的积极作用,但从现实来看,阳光体育运动实施状况并不理想。为促进阳光体育运动的顺利实施,提高学生身体素质,本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、统计分析法、逻辑分析法等方法,对宜昌市高中开展阳光体育运动的现状问题进行了调查研究,以期为宜昌市阳光体育运动的开展提供理论支持。研究发现宜昌市高中阳光体育运动实施过程中存在以下几个方面的问题：(1)社会上存在着丰富的体育资源,但是阳光体育的开展却得不到社会上的充分支持；(2)学校和家长之间缺乏有效的沟通,导致家长对阳光体育的认识不足；(3)对阳光体育运动的执行力度还不够；(4)学校体育经费投入不够,场地设施不足,难以满足学生日常体育活动的需要；(5)老龄化的教师结构让教师对教学产生疲惫感,在教学中缺少相应的激情；(6)课外体育俱乐部得不到有效的组织与发展；(7)缺乏有效的监督管理机制。针对以上问题,对宜昌市高中阳光体育运动的发展提出以下可行性的解决对策：(1)树立起人们对阳光体育运动的正确认识,从而提高学校对体育课程的重视程度和改变学生对体育锻炼的态度；(2)强化阳光体育运动宣传力度,提高社会关注度；(3)加大学校体育场地设施建设力度,以期满足学生体育锻炼的需要；(4)合理优化体育教师的人员结构；(5)积极开展学校体育社团和体育俱乐部的建设工作,丰富学生课外体育文化生活；(6)加大监督检查力度,将学生体质纳入学校办学质量考核指标。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the results of national student physique monitoring show that the decline of students' physique has been restrained to a certain extent, but there are still some problems that can not be ignored, the most obvious performance is endurance. Speed, agility, explosive power and other power qualities show a further downward trend, students' eyesight, obesity rate is high, worrying. In view of the above problems, to further improve the physical quality of students. In 2007, the country began to implement sunshine sports. Although the national sunshine sports has been implemented for many years, it has played a positive role in improving the students' physique, but from the practical point of view. The implementation of sunshine sports is not ideal. In order to promote the smooth implementation of sunshine sports and improve the physical quality of students, this paper adopts the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, statistical analysis. Logic analysis and other methods, Yichang City high school to carry out the status quo of sunshine sports were investigated. In order to provide theoretical support for the development of sunshine sports in Yichang City, the study found that there exist the following problems in the implementation of sunshine sports in senior high schools in Yichang City: 1). There are abundant sports resources in the society. However, the development of sunshine sports is not fully supported by the society; (2) lack of effective communication between school and parents, which leads to parents' lack of understanding of sunshine sports; (3) the enforcement of sunshine sports is not enough; (4) it is difficult to meet the needs of the students' daily sports activities because of the insufficiency of school sports funds and facilities. 5) the aging structure of teachers makes teachers feel tired about teaching, and lacks the corresponding passion in teaching; 6) extracurricular sports clubs can not be effectively organized and developed; (7) lack of effective supervision and management mechanism. Put forward the following feasible countermeasures to the development of sunshine sports in Yichang City: 1) set up people's correct understanding of sunshine sports. In order to improve the school pay attention to the physical education curriculum and change the attitude of students to physical exercise; (2) strengthen the propaganda of sunshine sports and raise the attention of the society; (3) to strengthen the construction of school sports facilities in order to meet the needs of students' physical training; 4) optimizing the staff structure of PE teachers; 5) to actively develop the construction of school sports associations and sports clubs to enrich the extracurricular sports and cultural life of students; Strengthen supervision and inspection, and bring students' physique into school quality assessment index.
