从教材到教师：基础教育课程改革应然走向之一研究

【摘要】：教材和教师历来都是课程与教学论研究领域中关注的重点问题。就前者而言,新世纪课程改革十分注重对教材的调整和革新,在“一纲多本”原则的指导下我国的基础教育教材呈现出多样化特征,变得更加“以人为本”。但是,再好的教材,如果教师抱着依赖和服从的消极态度,不将理念化的课程转化为行为化的课程,那么课程目标就难以实现。就后者而言,教师是课程的实施者,是课堂教学行为的主体,教师在教学目的的实现过程中占据重要的地位和作用。因此,在课程改革和教育研究中必须对教师教育观念及教学能力的培养加以重视,赋予教师课程权利,促使教师由课程的执引者、课程实施的工具向课程的主体和建构者转变,完成教师课程角色的转型,彰显教师的课堂权利,增加教师的专业自主性,使其在课程开发、课程设计、课程实施、课程评价中发挥更为重要的作用。本文研究的主要内容集中在以下几个方面:第一章:绪论。主要介绍了该论文选题的背景、目的及意义,总结了当前相关研究的现状以及以往研究中的不足,为论文的写作奠定基础,同时还介绍了论文的研究思路及方法及理论基础,并对相关概念进行了界定。第二章:基础教育课程改革中教材和教师的地位及作用的现状调查。通过问卷调查和访谈,了解教师和教材地位和作用的现状,主要包括教材编写过程中、教材二次开发过程中、课堂教学过程中、教师培训中教师和教材的地位和作用。第三章:新课改中重教材轻教师问题及原因分析。分析了新课改中重教材轻教师问题的表现,并对问题产生的原因进行了分析。第四章:基于教师的课程改革策略。基于以上分析,提出基于教师的课程改革策略,主要包括给予教师参与教材编写和选用的权利、重视教师对教材的二次开发、提高教师在教学过程中的课堂权利、加强教师综合素养培训四大项。
[Abstract]:Teaching materials and teachers have always been the focus of attention in the field of curriculum and teaching theory research. As for the former, the curriculum reform in the new century pays great attention to the adjustment and innovation of teaching materials. Under the guidance of the principle of "one principle and more books", the basic education textbooks of our country have diversified characteristics and become more "people-oriented". However, if the teachers hold a negative attitude of dependence and servitude, the best teaching materials can be obtained. It is difficult to achieve the goal of curriculum if the idealized curriculum is not transformed into a behaviorized curriculum. As for the latter, the teacher is the implementer of the curriculum and the main body of the classroom teaching behavior. Teachers play an important role in the process of the realization of teaching purpose. Therefore, in the course of curriculum reform and educational research, we must attach importance to the cultivation of teachers' educational concept and teaching ability, and endow teachers with curriculum rights. To promote teachers from the curriculum leader, curriculum implementation tools to curriculum subjects and constructors, to complete the transformation of the role of teachers curriculum, showing teachers' rights in the classroom, increasing teachers' professional autonomy. Make it in curriculum development, curriculum design, curriculum implementation. Curriculum evaluation plays a more important role. The main contents of this paper focus on the following aspects: chapter one: introduction. It mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of this paper. Summarized the current situation of relevant research and the shortcomings of previous studies, laid a foundation for the writing of the paper, but also introduced the research ideas, methods and theoretical basis of the paper. The second chapter: the status and role of teaching materials and teachers in the basic education curriculum reform survey. Through questionnaires and interviews to understand the status and role of teachers and teaching materials. Mainly includes the textbook compilation process, the textbook secondary development process, the classroom teaching process. The status and role of teachers and teaching materials in teacher training. Chapter three: the problem of emphasizing teaching materials over teachers in the new curriculum reform and the analysis of its causes. The performance of the emphasis on teaching materials over teachers in the new curriculum reform is analyzed. Chapter 4th: the strategy of curriculum reform based on teachers. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward the strategy of curriculum reform based on teachers. It mainly includes giving teachers the right to participate in the compilation and selection of teaching materials, attaching importance to the secondary development of teaching materials, improving teachers' classroom rights in the teaching process, and strengthening the training of teachers' comprehensive literacy.
