人本法治观视域下基础教育法治化问题探析

【摘要】：人本法治观是马克思主义法学思想中国化的最新成果,也是社会主义法治建设的内在要求。基础教育法治化是社会法治化建设的重要内容,也是基础教育现代化的客观要求。本文从人本法治观出发考察基础教育法治化建设,分析基础教育法治化建设的重要意义、现实困境等,探究推进基础教育法治化建设的实践路径。
[Abstract]:The view of human-oriented rule of law is the latest achievement of Marxist legal thought in China and the internal requirement of the construction of socialist rule of law. The legalization of basic education is an important content of the construction of social legalization. It is also the objective requirement of the modernization of basic education. This paper examines the legal construction of basic education from the viewpoint of human-centered rule of law, and analyzes the significance and practical difficulties of the legal construction of basic education. Explore the practical path to promote the legal construction of basic education.
