中学生一般自我效能感、身体自我概念及体育锻炼行为的相关研究

【摘要】:为了解中学生一般自我效能感、身体自我概念与体育锻炼行为三者之间的关系,本研究从苏州市工业园区星海中学抽取了784名中学生作为被试,采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法与逻辑分析法,对中学生一般自我效能感、身体自我概念与体育锻炼行为三者之间的关系进行探讨研究,旨在进一步了解自我效能感、身体自我概念等对中学生体育锻炼行为的潜在价值,为指导学生更好地参加体育锻炼、丰富体育教师在教育实践过程中解决问题的方法提供了依据。研究结果如下:1.中学生在选择锻炼方式时,比较喜欢与同学、朋友一起锻炼。2.关于锻炼频率,有13.2%学生的锻炼频率可以达或接近大约每天一次;有25.7%的学生锻炼频率可以达到每周3到5次;有43%的学生锻炼频率为每周每周1至2次;还有18.1%中学生的锻炼周期则是以月为循环的。3.关于锻炼时间,有50.2%的学生每次参与体育锻炼的时间在30分钟以上,49.8%学生每次参与锻炼的时间在30分钟以下。4.关于锻炼强度,达到中等或中等强度以上的中学生有53%,不能达到中等或中等强度以上的中学生有47%。5.中学生在体育项目的选择上具有明显的性别特征:男生比较喜欢对抗性的体育锻炼项目,如篮球、足球、网球等;女生则比较倾向于选择对抗性比较弱的体育锻炼项目,如散步、健身操等。6.中学男生和女生的体育锻炼行为之间存在显著性差异,不同年级中学生的体育锻炼行为之间存在显著性差异。在初中阶段,学生的体育锻炼行为随着年级的升高而降低,在高中阶段学生的身体自我概念随着年级的升高而升高,初三年级学生的体育锻炼水平最低。7.大部分中学生的一般自我效能感处于较高水平,男生和女生的一般自我效能感之间存在显著性差异,不同年级中学生的一般自我效能感之间存在显著性差异,初一年级的学生与高二年级学生的一般自我效能感稍高于其他年级,初三年级学生的一般自我效能感最低。8.中学男生和女生的身体自我概念之间存在显著性差异,不同年级中学生的身体自我概念之间存在显著性差异。在初中阶段,学生的身体自我概念随着年级的升高而降低,在高中阶段学生的身体自我概念随着年级的升高而升高,初三年级学生的身体自我概念最低。9.中学生的一般自我效能感、身体自我概念和体育锻炼行为之间存在显著性相关,身体自我概念在一般自我效能感与体育锻炼行为之间具有完全中介效应。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the relationship among general self-efficacy, physical self-concept and physical exercise behavior of middle school students, 784 middle school students were selected from Xinghai Middle School of Suzhou Industrial Park as subjects. The relationship among general self-efficacy, physical self-concept and physical exercise behavior of middle school students was studied by the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. The purpose is to further understand the potential value of self-efficacy, physical self-concept and so on, in order to guide students to participate in physical exercise better. Rich PE teachers in the process of educational practice to solve the problem to provide the basis. The results are as follows: 1. Middle school students in the choice of exercise methods, more like with the students. Friends exercise together. About exercise frequency, there are 13.2% students can exercise frequency up to or close to once a day; 25.7% students exercise three to five times a week; 43% students exercised 1 to 2 times a week; There are 18.1% middle school students exercise cycle is a monthly cycle. About exercise time, there are 50.2% students each time to participate in physical exercise in more than 30 minutes. 49.8% students take part in the exercise for less than 30 minutes each time. About the intensity of exercise, there are 53% middle school students with moderate or moderate intensity. The middle school students who can not reach the middle or medium intensity have 47. 5. The middle school students have obvious gender characteristics in the choice of sports: male students prefer adversarial sports, such as basketball, football. Tennis, etc.; Girls tend to choose relatively weak adversarial physical exercise items, such as walking, aerobics and so on. 6. There is a significant difference between middle school boys and girls in physical exercise behavior. There are significant differences in physical exercise behavior among middle school students in different grades. In the junior middle school stage, the physical exercise behavior of students decreases with the increase of grade. In the senior middle school students' physical self-concept increased with the increase of grade, the junior high school students' physical exercise level is the lowest .7.Most middle school students' general self-efficacy is at a higher level. There was significant difference between boys and girls in general self-efficacy, and between different grades of middle school students. The general self-efficacy of junior high school students and sophomore students is slightly higher than that of other grades. Junior high school students have the lowest general self-efficacy. 8. There is a significant difference between boys and girls in middle school physical self-concept. There are significant differences between different grades of middle school students' physical self-concept. In the junior middle school stage, the students' physical self-concept decreases with the increase of grade. In the senior middle school students' body self-concept increased with the increase of grade, and the third grade students' physical self-concept was the lowest .9.The general self-efficacy of middle school students. There is a significant correlation between physical self-concept and physical exercise behavior. Physical self-concept has a complete intermediary effect between general self-efficacy and physical exercise behavior.
