我国中小学生社会实践大课堂可持续发展机制研究

【摘要】:社会大课堂是教育社会化、社会教育化和教育均衡化、优质化的产物,社会大课堂建设的可持续发展机制已经成为社会各界的核心关切。社会大课堂实现可持续发展所面临的机制难题包括:探索新时期人才培养的新理念和新模式,推动社会大课堂可持续发展和常态化应用,探索教育公共服务职能有效实现的途径,形成社会教育资源建设联盟。促进社会大课堂可持续发展的政策建议是:强化各级政府建设社会大课堂的公共教育责任,创新人才培养模式;深化对社会大课堂建设价值的认识,为其可持续发展注入新动力;建立国家、省市、区县政府社会大课堂建设财政经费保障机制;健全和完善社会大课堂管理机制,形成社会教育资源联盟;尽快把社会教育立法提上议事日程,使社会大课堂建设获得法律法规保障。
[Abstract]:The social classroom is the product of socialization of education, social education, and the equalization and quality of education. The sustainable development mechanism of social classroom construction has become the core concern of all walks of life. To promote the sustainable development and regular application of social classroom, and to explore the effective ways to realize the function of educational public service, The policy suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of social classroom are as follows: strengthening the public education responsibility of the government at all levels to build social big classroom and innovating the training mode of talents; To deepen the understanding of the value of social classroom construction, to inject new impetus into its sustainable development; to establish a financial and financial guarantee mechanism for the construction of social large class by national, provincial, municipal, and county governments; to improve and perfect the mechanism of social classroom management; Forming the social education resource alliance, putting the social education legislation on the agenda as soon as possible, so as to ensure the social classroom construction with laws and regulations.
