英国中小学自我改进系统的多元审视

【摘要】：自2010年英国政府发布《教学的重要性》白皮书以来,"自我改进的学校系统"在英国迅速发展。该项改革依托学校之间的相互协作实现学校办学质量的提升,具体的形式是"国家教学学校"与"学院制学校信托"。对于此项改革,有研究者对其意义和改革路径进行了分析,提出构建"自我改进的学校系统"需要学校进行"专业发展、伙伴关系、合作资本"三个维度的能力建设。从改革的效果来看,虽然"自我改进的学校系统"部分地实现了提升学业成绩的目的,但其负作用与质疑仍然存在。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, when the British government released the White Paper "the importance of Teaching", the "self-improvement school system" has developed rapidly in the United Kingdom. The concrete forms are "National Teaching School" and "College School Trust." for this reform, some researchers have analyzed its significance and reform path, and put forward that the construction of "self-improvement school system" requires schools to carry out "professional development". From the perspective of the effect of the reform, although the "self-improvement school system" partially achieves the goal of improving academic achievement, its negative effect and doubt still exist.
