【摘要】:中职生的学习倦怠是中职生学习兴趣,学习积极性和学习自我效能感的综合反映,它为我们提供了一个了解中职生学习现状的崭新视角。在学科方面,语文学习倦怠已经是不容忽视的问题。本课题基于现有的研究成果,立足教学一线,旨在针对当前中职学生语文学习的现状、原因、影响等方面和对当前中职语文教师的调查分析,着重讨论在语文课堂教学时缓解“中职生语文学习倦怠”的办法,总结出实践操作经验,形成理论框架,进而为广大的中职语文教育工作者在语文教学中提供一些参考意见来为学生解决学习倦怠问题,也为广大研究者持续研究“语文学习倦怠”提供一些思路和途径,更好的和谐“教”与“学”问题。也希望能够寻找到更多有效的办法,来解决中职生的语文学习倦怠情况,提高中职生心理健康水平和学校教育教学质量,为中等职业学校语文教学改革提供参考依据,促进中职语文教育发展。本文主要分为四部分:第一部分是绪论,分析了本课题研究的背景和目的、意义等。同时分析国内有关学科学习倦怠及语文学习倦怠,提出了本文在研究方法和教育理念上的创新之处。第二部分主要对相关的一些概念进行阐述。第三部分开展了中职生语文学习倦怠的调查,其中有听说读写能力调查和语文学习现状调查,通过这两项调查,我们发现中职学生在语文学科上的学习倦怠主体现在情绪和行为等方面的反应。紧接着,我们主要分析了造成中职生语文学习倦怠的各种原因。首先是从内部寻找各种原因,有学生的自我效能感较低,不端正的学习态度、不当的归因方式和不正确的语文学习方法都影响了学生正常的语文学习;其次是外部原因,如学校,家庭,社会等各方面的影响。第四部分重点分析在中职语文课堂教学中缓解中职生语文学习倦怠。学习倦怠的原因复杂,今天,我们主要是探讨在语文课堂上我们可以怎样缓解这一问题。目前来看,语文课堂教学实效性是欠缺的,部分教师教育理念落后,重知识灌输、轻能力培养,有些教学内容设置不合理,脱离实际、落后于现实造成学生不愿意学,评价体系单一等等。由此,我们在生本教育和“以就业为导向,以能力为本位”的职业教育理念下以及在语文知识讲解与语文技能培养、课内开外相结合和中职专业差异性原则下,为缓解语文学习倦怠提出一些有针对性的措施。首先在思想认识上重视不同专业不同层次的学生需求,其次在课堂教学中提高教学的实效性,然后在教学中改进中职语文的评价,最后在师生关系上建立和谐平等的师生关系。
[Abstract]:The level of learning burnout is the vocational students' interest in learning, reflect the learning enthusiasm and learning self-efficacy, it provides a new perspective to understand the status quo of vocational school students for us. In the knowledge, language learning burnout is a problem that can not be ignored. This paper based on existing research results, based on teaching the reason is, in view of the current situation of secondary vocational school students, language learning, etc. and the influence analysis of the secondary language teachers survey, focuses on ease the learning burnout of secondary school students' approach in Chinese classroom teaching, summed up the practical experience, theoretical framework, and for the majority of secondary language educators to provide some a reference in Chinese teaching for students to solve the problem of learning burnout, also provides some ideas and research of "Chinese learning burnout" for the majority of researchers continue A better way, harmonious "teaching" and "learning". Also hope to find more effective ways to solve the secondary vocational students' Chinese learning burnout, improve the level of mental health and the quality of the education of vocational students, to provide reference for the teaching reform of middle school Chinese occupation, promoting the development of education in Chinese teaching. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction and analysis of the research background and purpose, significance and so on. At the same time the analysis of domestic related disciplines of Chinese learning burnout and learning burnout, put forward the research method and the innovation of educational concept in this paper. The second part mainly expounds some related concepts. The third part to carry out an investigation of language learning burnout of vocational students, including written and spoken language learning situation survey and investigation, through these two surveys, we found that students in the language Literature on learning burnout and reflected in the behavioral and emotional reaction. Then, we mainly analyze the reasons caused Chinese Learning Burnout of vocational school students. The first is to find the reasons from the inside, there are students' self-efficacy is low, not correct learning attitude, inappropriate and incorrect attribution the methods of learning Chinese have affected the normal Chinese students; second is the external reasons, such as school, family, all aspects of society. The fourth part focuses on the analysis of Chinese learning burnout relief of vocational students in the secondary vocational Chinese teaching in the classroom. Learning burnout causes complex, today, we are mainly discussed in our Chinese class how can alleviate this problem. At present, the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching is lacking, some teachers educational philosophy behind the heavy knowledge, light ability, set up some teaching contents Unreasonable, divorced from reality, behind the reality created by the students are unwilling to learn, single evaluation system and so on. Thus, we in this life education and employment oriented education, occupation competency based "and the language knowledge to explain culture and language skills, open with foreign minister and vocational specialty difference principle course inside, in order to alleviate the Chinese learning burnout puts forward some targeted measures. Firstly, in the ideological understanding on the importance of the needs of students of different majors and different levels, and improve the effectiveness of teaching in the classroom teaching, and then improve the evaluation in Vocational Chinese teaching, and finally build a harmonious teacher-student relationship of equality in the relationship between teachers and students.
