家校沟通方式对中学生德育效果的影响

【摘要】:作为一项系统工程,教育是需要社会、学校以及家庭共同合作的,而家校间的合作则在这其中显得更为重要,若想要发挥双方的教育优势,创造出良好的教育环境,促使学生全面发展、健康成长,就必须要使家与校能够紧密联系,共同协作起来。从根本上来讲,道德教育是引导学生们怎样与他人良好沟通,互进互促,使得学生在进入社会时,能够更好的融入其中。中学生正处在其道德养成的重要时期,有针对性的家校联系方式对于提高学生的德育会产生非常重要的促进效果,对中学生的终身发展具有特殊的意义和不可替代的作用。家校合作是基于共同责任理论,系统生态理论等应用广泛的理论,它能够从不同方面构建健康、动态、生态、和谐的家校关系。在相关理论的指引下,本文以沈阳市第五十中学为例,对家校联系方式对学生的德育效果进行了的研究。本研究主要得出以下结果:(1)在与老师相处出现矛盾时,家访和微信或家校通联系家长与家长到校和电话联系的效果有显著性差异;(2)在与同学相处出现矛盾时,家访、微信或家校通联系家长和家长到校与电话联系的结果有显著性差异;(3)当学生学习成绩出现问题时,家访或者电话联系与其他两种联系方式的效果有显著性差异;(4)男同学方面,微信或家校通联系与其他两种联系方式的效果有显著性差异,对女同学而言,家访与其他三种联系方式的效果有显著性差异;(5)对七年级学生而言,家访与其他三种联系方式的效果有显著性差异,对八年级的学生,微信或家校通与其他三种联系方式的效果有显著性差异。根据以上结论,提出如下建议:(1)根据家校合作德育效果的分析,争取不同问题采取不同的家校沟通联系方式;(2)针对男同学、女同学不同的性格特点,选择不同的家校联系方式;(3)针对不同年级学生的不同的性格特点,选择不同的家校联系方式;(4)教师家访的新策略;(5)创新型家校合作方式。
[Abstract]:As a systematic project, education needs the cooperation of society, school and family, and the cooperation between home and school is even more important. If we want to give full play to the educational advantages of both parties and create a good educational environment, In order to promote the all-round development and healthy growth of students, we must make our home and school closely linked and work together. Fundamentally speaking, moral education is to guide students how to communicate well with others and promote each other. In order to make students enter the society, they can better integrate into it. Middle school students are in an important period of their moral cultivation. Targeted home-school contact methods will have a very important promoting effect on improving students' moral education. The cooperation between home and school is based on the theory of common responsibility, the theory of system ecology and so on, which can construct healthy, dynamic and ecological from different aspects. Under the guidance of relevant theories, this paper takes Shenyang 50th Middle School as an example, This paper studies the effect of home-school contact methods on students' moral education. The main results of this study are as follows: (1) when there are contradictions with teachers, Home visit and WeChat or Home School Express contact: there is a significant difference in the effect of parents' coming to school and telephone contact. (2) when there are contradictions with classmates, home visits, There were significant differences in the results of parents and parents coming to school and telephone contact with WeChat or homeschool. (3) when there was a problem with students' academic achievement, there was a significant difference in the effect of home visit or telephone contact with the other two communication methods. There was significant difference between WeChat and the other two ways of communication. For female students, there was a significant difference between home visit and the other three ways of communication. (5) for the seventh grade students, there was a significant difference between them. There is significant difference between home visit and other three ways of communication, and significant difference between WeChat and other three ways of communication for students in grade eight, according to the above conclusion, Put forward the following suggestion: 1) according to the analysis of the effect of home-school cooperative moral education, strive for different problems to adopt different ways of communication and contact between the school and home.) aiming at the different personality characteristics of male and female students, According to the different personality characteristics of different grade students, we choose different home-school communication methods (4) A new strategy of teachers' home visit. (5) innovative home-school cooperation mode.
