中学生道德知行脱节的表现及其对策研究

【摘要】:未成年人是祖国的未来,民族的希望,他们的思想道德状况直接关系到中华民族的整体素质和社会主义现代化建设。《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》中指出:“加强和改进未成年人的思想道德建设要坚持知与行相统一的原则,既要重视课堂教育,更要注重实践教育、体验教育、养成教育。”但是,当前中学致力于智力教育,却忽视了道德教育;过分注重课堂教育,却忽视了实践教育。再加上受道德本身“知易行难”的特性、家庭、社会以及中学生自身等因素的影响,在中学生中存在着一定程度的道德知行脱节的现象,这引起了学校、家庭、社会的共同担忧。因此,本文对中学生道德知行脱节的表现、原因及其对策进行了系统研究。本文遵循“提出问题——分析问题——解决问题”的这个思路,分三个部分循序渐进来加以阐述。第一部分对促进中学生道德知行统一的必要性进行了分析,这是本文研究的起点。促进中学生道德知行统一不论是对中学生成长成才,提高中学德育实效性,还是社会主义事业的建设都发挥着重要作用。第二部分通过问卷调查以及对中学生日常言行的观察从而对中学生道德知行脱节的主要表现作了归类,中学生中主要存在知而不行、知而不完全行、知而己不行而要求他行、知而逆行这几种道德知行脱节的现象。然后,从道德本身、中学生自身、学校、家庭、社会等方面入手,对中学生道德知行脱节的原因进行了仔细深入的分析。第三部分提出了促进中学生道德知行统一的具体对策,这是本文的重点部分。参照中学生道德知行脱节的主要表现及原因分析,可以得出:促进中学生道德知行统一需要改进学校德育,创建良好的校风;加强家庭德育,树立良好的家风;净化社会风气,营造良好的社会道德环境;但是,最终还是需要中学生发挥主观能动性,自觉进行道德内化,中学生的道德认知和道德行为才可能达到高度统一。

In addition, because of the characteristics of morality itself, such as family, society and middle school students themselves, there is a certain degree of disconnect between moral knowledge and behavior among middle school students, which leads to the school. Therefore, this paper makes a systematic study on the performance, causes and countermeasures of the disconnection between moral knowledge and behavior of middle school students. This paper follows the idea of "putting forward problems-analyzing problems-solving problems". The first part analyzes the necessity of promoting the unity of middle school students' moral knowledge and behavior, which is the starting point of this study. To improve the effectiveness of moral education in middle schools or to build socialism plays an important role. The second part classifies the main performance of middle school students' moral knowledge and behavior disconnect by questionnaire survey and observation of daily words and deeds of middle school students. Among middle school students, there are mainly phenomena of disconnection between knowledge and practice, between knowledge and imperfection, between knowledge and self, and by asking them to do so. Then, starting from the aspects of morality itself, middle school students themselves, schools, families, society, etc. In the third part, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures to promote the unity of moral knowledge and behavior of middle school students. This is the key part of this paper. Referring to the main manifestation and reason of the disconnection between moral knowledge and behavior of middle school students, it can be concluded that to promote the unity of moral knowledge and behavior of middle school students, we need to improve school moral education, create a good school spirit, and strengthen the family moral education. Setting up a good family style, purifying the social atmosphere and creating a good social and moral environment; however, in the end, it is still necessary for middle school students to exert their subjective initiative and consciously carry out moral internalization. The moral cognition and moral behavior of middle school students can achieve a high degree of unity.
