自然拼读法在初中英语词汇教学中的应用实证研究

【摘要】:本文是一篇研究自然拼读法对初中生词汇学习的实证研究。词汇是外语学习最基本的组成部分之一。本文主要研究词汇中“音”和“形”的内在联系,寻找有效的方法帮助学生记忆单词,提升对英语学习的兴趣。本文基于建构主义理论和语言迁移理论,从英语语音意识,单词拼读能力,单词拼写能力三个方面探讨自然拼读法对初中生词汇学习的影响。研究问题如下:1)自然拼读法对中学生英语语音意识的影响如何?2)自然拼读法对中学生单词拼读能力有何影响?3)自然拼读法是如何影响中学生单词拼写能力的?4)自然拼读法对中学生英语学习兴趣的影响如何?本实验以湖南省长沙市某中学随机抽取的30名初一学生为研究对象,共组成2组被试,每组15名学生。对实验组实施持续16周的自然拼读法训练,而控制组则进行国际音标教学。笔者对实验班和控制班的学生进行了共六次单词测试。在实验前,被试的30名学生被要求填写调查问卷旨在了解学生对英语学习的兴趣。实验后,笔者又在实验班学生中进行一次问卷调查旨在了解学生对英语学习的兴趣是否发生变化。本文所有试验所得数据都通过SPSS 21.0统计软件进行了分析。结果表明:第一,接受拼读训练的学生语音意识都有了提高,但接受拼读训练的实验组比控制组提高更加显著;第二,经过16周的自然拼读训练后,接受拼读训练的学生单词拼读能力都有了提高,实验组的受试者能更准确流利地拼读单词;第三,接受拼读训练的学生单词拼写能力有了提高,实验组的受试者能更准确流利地拼写单词;第四,训练后,实验组受试者对对英语学习更感兴趣。
[Abstract]:This paper is an empirical study on vocabulary learning of junior high school students by natural spelling. Vocabulary is one of the most basic components of foreign language learning. Based on constructivism theory and language transfer theory, this paper attempts to find effective ways to help students memorize words and improve their interest in English learning. This paper probes into the influence of natural spelling on junior high school students' vocabulary learning from three aspects: how does natural spelling affect middle school students' English phonological awareness? 2) how does natural spelling affect middle school students' ability of spelling words? 3) how does natural spelling affect the spelling ability of middle school students? 4) how does natural spelling affect the interest of middle school students in English learning? In this experiment, 30 junior high school students randomly selected from a middle school in Changsha City, Hunan Province were selected as the research objects. Two groups of 15 students in each group were divided into two groups. The experimental group was trained in natural spelling method for 16 weeks. The control group was taught the International phonetic Alphabet. The students in the experimental class and the control class were tested for six words. Thirty students were asked to fill out a questionnaire to understand their interest in English learning. The author also conducted a questionnaire survey in the experimental class to find out whether the students' interest in English learning has changed. All the data obtained in this paper are analyzed by SPSS 21. 0 statistical software. The results show that: 1. The phonological awareness of the students who received the spelling training was improved, but the experimental group receiving the spelling training improved more significantly than the control group. Second, after 16 weeks of natural spelling training, the speech awareness of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group; second, after 16 weeks of natural spelling training, The students who received spelling training improved their spelling ability, and the subjects in the experimental group were able to spell the words more accurately and fluently. Third, the spelling ability of the students who received the spelling training was improved. The subjects in the experimental group were able to spell more accurately and fluently, and after training, the subjects in the experimental group were more interested in learning English.
