濮阳市城乡初级中学体育教学现状对比研究

【摘要】:现如今,我国发展速度很快,综合国力和经济实力也不断提高,我国的国际地位也是不断上升,体育事业也有了很大的进步。我国体育健儿在竞技场上的拼搏,捍卫了我们体育强国的地位。虽然我国是体育大国,但却不是一个体育强国,这与我国的体制有关系。我们现在正向体育强国迈进,然而要想成为一个体育强国,不仅要看竞技场上的竞技水平以及拿多少奖牌,还要看我国公民对体育的意识。“人们是否有终身体育思想是一个国家是否进入体育强国的标准之一”,而终身体育思想的培养,主要是在中学阶段。所以中学是学习体育的重要阶段。虽然我国经济发展迅速,但是两极分化愈发严重。城乡之间贫富差距更加明显。由于城乡之间经济水平的差异,影响教育的差异,比如,出现乡镇初级中学学生少,城市初级中学学生过多的两极分化现象,有些乡镇初级中学将面临着倒闭的危机。所以,二十世纪末,我国提出城乡一体化,缩小城乡差距。本文通过运用问卷调查法,数理统计法及逻辑分析等方法,针对濮阳市城乡初级中学体育教学现状对比情况,得出以下结论:1濮阳市城乡初级中学校领导对体育教学重视程度一般。城市初级中学相对于乡镇初级中学领导重视体育教学。2濮阳市城市初级中学体育设施、器材场地等物质条件要好于乡镇初级中学。3濮阳市乡镇初级中学与城市初级中学学校体育教师年龄结构分布不均匀,城市初级中学体育老师年龄偏大,乡镇初级中学体育老师年龄偏小。4濮阳市乡镇初级中学体育教师队伍初级职称比例偏多,科研能力不强,教师之间相互学习与借鉴的能力差。城市初级中学教师经验丰富,为年轻老师做榜样,教师结构合理。5城乡初中部分老师不能按照新课程标准要求去教学,而且有很多老师应付上级检查编写教案。6濮阳市城乡初中上课内容比较单一,城市优于乡镇。7教学方法比较单一,不能灵活运用,面对不同的学生不能区别对待,很多学生的潜能不能开发出来。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, our country is developing very fast, its comprehensive national strength and economic strength are also constantly improving, our country's international status is also rising, and the sports cause has also made great progress. We have defended our status as a sports power. Although our country is a sports power, it is not a sports power, which has something to do with our system. We are now moving towards a sports power, but we want to become a sports power. It depends not only on the level of athletics in the arena and how many medals we win, but also on our citizens' awareness of sports. "whether people have the idea of lifelong sports is one of the criteria for a country to enter a strong sports country," and the cultivation of lifelong sports thought, It is mainly in the middle school stage. So middle school is an important stage for studying physical education. Although China's economy is developing rapidly, the polarization is becoming more and more serious. The gap between the rich and the poor between urban and rural areas is even more obvious. Because of the difference in economic level between urban and rural areas, The differences that affect education, for example, there are fewer junior middle school students in villages and towns, excessive polarization in urban junior middle schools, and some township junior middle schools will face the crisis of closing down. So, at the end of 20th century, This paper, by means of questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, aims to compare the present situation of physical education teaching in urban and rural junior middle schools in Puyang, and to reduce the gap between urban and rural areas. The following conclusions can be drawn: (1) the leaders of urban and rural junior middle schools in Puyang have generally attached importance to physical education, and the leaders of urban junior middle schools have paid more attention to physical education than those of township junior middle schools. Physical education teachers in Puyang township junior middle school and urban junior middle school have uneven distribution of physical education teachers, and physical education teachers in urban junior middle schools are older than those in town junior middle schools, and the physical education teachers in urban junior middle schools are older than those in urban junior middle schools. Physical Education Teachers in Township Junior Middle Schools. 4 the proportion of PE teachers in the junior middle schools in Puyang is on the high side, the ability of scientific research is not strong, the ability of teachers to learn from each other and to learn from each other is poor, and the teachers of urban junior middle schools are rich in experience. Set an example for young teachers, the structure of teachers is reasonable and some teachers in urban and rural junior middle schools cannot teach according to the requirements of the new curriculum standards, and many teachers cope with their superiors to check and write teaching plans. 6. The contents of classes in middle schools in urban and rural areas in Puyang are relatively simple. The teaching method of city is better than that of township 7. The teaching method is simple and can not be used flexibly. In the face of different students can not be treated differently, many students' potential can not be developed.
