高中思想政治课合作学习中角色分配及其实施过程探讨

【摘要】:合作在经济全球化的今天有着越来越重要的地位,合作学习作为合作在教育学领域的延伸也越来越受到国内外教育学界的广泛关注和应用。积极互赖是合作学习的核心基本要素之一,同时也是检验合作学习有效性的标准之一。同时,角色互赖作为积极互赖的深层内容,也能是积极互赖的重要类型之一角色分配则成为能否形成角色互赖的关键步骤。然而,在目前的高中思想政治课堂中合作学习流于形式很大程度上是一方面由于教师对合作学习理论学习没有深入到角色分配的理论上,另一方面由于在实施合作学习时没有涉及到角色的设计与分配。通过围绕角色分配及其实施过程进行深入的探讨,使合作学习理论得到深化和发展,同时结合高中思想政治课对角色分配进行教学上的探讨。论文主要从以下五个部分进行探讨:第一部分:通过文献法对合作学习相关的文献进行整理和分析,发现对合作学习研究的文献有很多,但是很少有深入到积极互赖以及角色互赖的层面,对角色分配的研究更是寥寥无几。同时,通过对各学科关于合作学习的文献进行整理和分析发现结合高中思想政治课教学对角色分配及其实施过程的研究几乎没有,从而提出了本文的研究点。这对深入研究合作学习和高中思想政治课角色分配有着重要的理论和实践意义。第二部分:通过围绕角色分配进行深入的理论探讨。从合作学习基本要素的角度通过对互赖、积极互赖的含义以及积极互赖类型的研究指出积极互赖是一种相互支持、相互依赖的关系,同时对合作学习的定义以及合作学习要素的研究发现合作学习离不开积极互赖。从积极互赖的角度对角色互赖进行研究,得出在静态上角色互赖是积极互赖的一种类型,在动态上角色互赖是实现积极互赖的一种途径。从角色互赖的角度对角色以及角色分配含义的研究得出角色分配是形成角色互赖的重要环节。第三部分:阐述角色分配的相关路径、原则与方式以及角色分配的具体过程。通过运用社会学的角色理论和人力资源管理的人岗理论来阐述合作学习下小组角色分配的两种路径和三种分配原则。通过对日常教学课堂的观察并总结归纳在合作学习中角色分配常见的三种方式,并对这三种分配方式进行优缺点分析。依据之前角色分配的路径、原则与方式来详细阐述角色分配的具体实施过程即设计多种且相互依赖的角色、学生对自我以及角色的认识与认同和学生自主选择为主教师调整为辅的角色确定方式三个步骤。第四部分:结合课堂教学在角色分配的路径、原则与方式下对角色分配的实施过程进行探讨。在分析了高中思想政治课实施角色分配的可行性和重要性之后结合高中思想政治必修3《文化生活》第四单元第八课第二框《在文化中选择》,设计一个课例,并围绕角色分配的实施过程提出相应的教学建议:依据教学任务设计相应的角色来形成多种且相互依赖的角色,通过填写“角色任务表”来使学生认识和认同自我和角色,学生通过填写角色选择表来自主选择角色教师并加以调整的方式来确定角色,通过对角色的轮换的方式使不同的学生扮演不同的角色,使学生在扮演角色分过程中得到社会化的成长。第五部分:本研究的结束语部分,总结本研究并得出相应结论,并对今后的研究提出后续的展望。
[Abstract]:Cooperation plays a more and more important role in the economic globalization today, cooperative learning is to extend cooperation in the field of education school is more and more attention and application of academic education at home and abroad. The positive interdependence is one of the basic elements of the core of cooperative learning, but also test the effectiveness of cooperative learning is one of the standard at the same time. The role of interdependence, as the deep content of positive interdependence, also is an important type of role assignment of positive interdependence can become the key step in the formation of role interdependence. The fourth part: the combination of classroom teaching in the path of implementation process of role assignment, role assignment the principle and methods are discussed.
