中学教师同事关系研究

【摘要】:教师同事关系是学校人际交往中非常重要的一种关系。然而在升学压力与竞争越演越烈的中学,人们更多关注师生关系,而常常忽视教师同事关系。教师的工作具有个性特点,所有学生的发展都是教师集体共同作用的结果。教师同事关系的好坏,不仅影响学生学习及成长,还影响教师个人和学校的发展。对中学教师同事关系的研究,对教师、学生及学校都具有积极意义。同事关系微妙而又无形,随着时代发展,中学教师同事关系也发生着变化。寻找促进中学教师同事关系建设的策略,就得对目前中学教师同事关系存在的主要问题进行研究。笔者主要以D市W中学为数据抽样校,此外还对不同地域、学校的部分同行进行了调查访谈,通过问卷调查、深度访谈等发现,目前中学教师在同事交往、合作、竞争及理解关系的建设上,存在问题和困惑相对较多。通过调查分析,笔者发现:目前中学教师同事交往主要存在,频率过低、深度不够、缺乏真诚等问题;同事合作主要存在,不规范、缺乏保障、人为合作大多流于形式等问题;同事竞争主要存在,评价体系不完善、教师间不良竞争增多等问题;同事理解主要存在,缺乏沟通、互不信任、理念冲突、学校制度和管理方式不完善等问题。寻找促进中学教师同事关系的策略,首先要从教师入手。教师要充分认识到同事关系的重要性,掌握一定的交际技能,学会正确认识和处理同事关系问题。其次,学校要“以人为本”,建立健全相关制度,为教师同事关系发展提供良好的内部保障。第三,社会要营造良好风气,关注教师切身问题,为教师同事关系发展提供健康的外部环境。
[Abstract]:The teacher-colleague relationship is a very important relationship in school interpersonal communication. However, in the middle school where the pressure and competition for further education are increasing, people pay more attention to the teacher-student relationship, but often ignore the teacher-colleague relationship. The teacher's work has its own characteristics. The development of all students is the result of the collective action of teachers. The relationship between teachers and colleagues not only affects students' learning and growth, but also affects the development of teachers and schools. Students and schools are of positive significance. The coworker relationship is subtle and invisible. With the development of the times, the relationship between middle school teachers and colleagues has also changed. The author mainly takes D City W Middle School as the data sampling school, and also carries on the investigation interview to the different region, the school colleague, through the questionnaire investigation, the author mainly takes the D city W middle school as the data sampling school, also carries on the investigation interview to the school colleague relations at present, through the questionnaire survey, It is found that there are relatively many problems and puzzles in the construction of coworkers' communication, cooperation, competition and understanding. Through the investigation and analysis, the author finds that: at present, the middle school teachers' colleagues' communication mainly exists. Problems such as too low frequency, insufficient depth, lack of sincerity and so on; main problems of co-workers' cooperation, such as, non-standard, lack of guarantee, artificial cooperation are mostly mere formality, and so on; the competition among colleagues is the main problem, and the evaluation system is not perfect. Problems such as increasing bad competition among teachers, colleagues understanding of the main problems, lack of communication, mistrust, conflict of ideas, imperfect school system and management methods, etc. Looking for strategies to promote the relationship between teachers and colleagues in middle school, First of all, we should start with teachers. Teachers should fully realize the importance of co-worker relationship, master certain communicative skills, learn to correctly understand and deal with the problem of co-worker relationship. Secondly, the school should be "people-oriented" and establish and improve the related system. Third, the society should create a good atmosphere, pay attention to teachers' immediate problems, and provide a healthy external environment for the development of teacher-colleague relationship.
