初中数学新老教师课堂教学言语行为的比较研究

【摘要】：教师的课堂教学言语行为是重要的教师教学行为之一。课堂言语是师生在课堂上进行各种交流的最主要的方式,是帮助教师完成教学目标的重要工具。而近十多年来,教师课堂教学言语行为的研究越来越受教育界学者的关注。本文主要是用课堂录像和Excel电子表格来收集、研究数据,来分析初中数学课堂教学中新老教师教学言语行为的差异。最后经过比较,对初中新老教师的课堂教学言语能力的提高提出一些建议。本研究由两个子研究构成,研究(一),通过文献分析、课堂观察、视频录像分析、小组讨论及咨询一线老师和有关专家的方法,确定数学课堂教学言语行为分类量表,将课堂言语行为分成10种;研究(二),有目的的选取新老教师各3人,对其的代数、几何、统计三种类型的课各两节进行拍摄,利用同课异构的研究方式,采用视频实录、数据编码、统计及Excel软件,针对新老教师在三种课型中和总体的课堂教学言语行为进行量化比较。基于两个子研究,对新老教师课堂教学言语行为在不同课型及总体上的差异进行了归纳总结。最后结合研究结论,提出有助于新教师改善自身课堂言语能力的建议:发挥教师的引导作用,及时适当的为学生提供启发性语言与评价性语言;抓住教学重难点,适当的的减少提问性语言;适当性增加问候性语言和激励性语言,建立良好的师生关系。结合相关结论,提出有利于老教师课堂言语能力的提高的建议:帮助新教师快速成长,壮大优秀教师的队伍;抓住教学重难点,适当性的减少提问性言语;鼓教前预设,教后反思,完善课堂教学。
[Abstract]:The teacher's classroom teaching speech act is one of the important teachers' teaching behaviors. Classroom speech is the most important way for teachers and students to communicate in the classroom, and it is an important tool to help teachers achieve their teaching goals. The research of teacher's speech act in classroom teaching has been paid more and more attention by the educational scholars. This paper mainly uses the classroom video and Excel spreadsheet to collect and study the data. Finally, through the comparison, some suggestions are put forward to improve the classroom teaching speech ability of the new and old junior middle school teachers. This study is composed of two sub-studies. Through literature analysis, classroom observation, video video analysis, group discussion and consultation with front-line teachers and experts, the classification scale of speech acts in mathematics classroom teaching was determined, and classroom speech acts were divided into 10 categories. In this study (2), 3 new and old teachers were selected purposefully, their algebra, geometry and statistics were photographed in two classes each, and video recording, data coding, statistics and Excel software were used to study the isomerism of the same class. Based on two sub-studies, this paper makes a quantitative comparison between the new and old teachers in the three types of classes and the overall speech acts in classroom teaching. This paper sums up the differences in different class types and overall differences between new and old teachers in classroom teaching speech acts. Finally, combined with the research conclusions, the author puts forward some suggestions to help new teachers improve their own classroom speech ability: to give full play to teachers' guiding role. Provide enlightening language and evaluative language for students in time and properly; grasp the difficulties of teaching, appropriately reduce questioning language; increase greeting language and encouraging language; establish good teacher-student relationship. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the speech ability of the old teachers: to help the new teachers grow up quickly, to strengthen the excellent teachers' team, to grasp the important difficulties in teaching, to appropriately reduce the questioning speech, to presuppose before teaching, to reflect on the teaching after teaching, Improve classroom teaching.
