张家口市区高中排球运动开展现状及发展对策研究

【摘要】：排球运动自1905年传入我国以来,它的竞技性、娱乐性、趣味性、健身性逐渐被国人所认同,经过100多年的发展,排球运动已经成为我国广泛开展的球类项目之一。很多中小学也将排球运动作为体育课程的内容之一,发挥排球运动强健学生身体、娱乐学生身心的功能和作用。目前我国总体和各地中学排球开展情况并不是非常好,开展和普及程度与篮球、足球、田径等体育运动项目相比有一定的差距。本文作者通过对张家口市区九所高中实地考察发现,张家口市区高中排球开展的情况也不是非常好。体育课进行排球课程教学和学习的班级寥寥无几,有的学校甚至不开设排球课程,只开展学生较为感兴趣的篮球、足球课程和国家统一规定的田径体育课程;教授排球课的体育教师很多并未经过专业排球学习,排球知识和技能方面稍有欠缺;课外活动时间同学们大多以篮球、足球等运动项目为体育锻炼项目,极少同学进行排球体育运动;很多学校排球场地设施简陋,甚至有的学校没有一块排球场地。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,调查研究和分析了目前张家口市区高中排球运动开展现状,找出了张家口市区高中排球运动开展影响因素,并提出了合理的对策建议。本文通过研究与分析,得出以下结论:一、张家口市区高中排球运动领导重视程度不高,排球运动开展学校较少,课时量较少,排球竞赛活动组织少,排球运动场地器材有待完善和提高。二、张家口市区高中排球教学采用班级授课制组织形式,教学内容以基本技术为主,参加课外活动学生较多,但排球活动参与者较少。三、张家口市区高中排球教师年龄结构和执教年限结构非常合理,职称较高,学历层次较好,但缺少高知识、高科研型专业人才,科研水平较低。专项教师比例较小,担任排球课教学体育教师参加排球知识技能培训少,体育教师排球运动了解程度有待提高。四、张家口市区高中学生对排球运动了解程度不高,但学习态度端正,学习动机良好,对排球教师的执教水平、技能水平、知识水平等满意程度有待提高。学生技战术学习效果不理想,较大一部分没能熟练掌握排球技战术。五、张家口市区高中排球运动手政策、经济、师资队伍、媒体、课程设置和课外活动组织的影响。针对研究得出的结论,提出了以下方面的建议:一、学校领导和排球教学人员认真探讨利于学校排球运动开展的教学内容、教学方法手段,制定符合学生生理心理发展的排球规则,教学要充分发挥学生的主动性和积极性,做到“以人为本”和全面提高学生素质。二、学校积极组织排球比赛,并多方筹集资金,学校各级领导发挥自己的资源优势,拉动企业赞助和社会捐助,使学校体育资金逐渐充足,从而对学校器材分年度分批次添置,逐渐完善场地器材设施。合理配置学校体育资源,合理利用每一块体育场地设施。三、教师专业技术人才引进,可以打破原有的条条框框,对专业队退役等高技能人才,也可以作为特殊人才进行引进,不要只拘泥于学历等特殊要求。四、重视学生体育学习的主体地位,教学的组织和管理,以提高学生学习兴趣,发挥学生主体能动性为目标。并根据中学体育教学新课标的要求,将体育教学目标设置不仅仅定位在知识、技能等方面,还要定位于完善学生个性、培养学生优秀品质等方面。五、鉴于媒体的重要作用,学校可以适当在学生休息或者课外活动时间,组织学生观看高水平排球竞赛,尤其是代表国民民族精神的女排比赛,能有效地激发学生学习排球的兴趣。
