【摘要】：正如何稳定教师队伍?除了利益和地位,优秀教师留下来的理由还有什么?每到开学季,校长们很怕的一件事就是有教师"跳槽",特别是一些骨干教师,他们的离去会对学校有很大影响。与30年前相比,当下教师的社会地位、经济收入有了很大提升,教师职业在一些地方受到追捧。教师更有"价值"了,诱惑也多了,好教师可以有很多选择的机会。人往高处走,这在每个行业都属于正常现象,人才流动跟有序
