体验式德育校本课程开发与实施的个案研究

【摘要】：教育的终极目标是促进人全面而和谐的发展。学校德育是学校教育的主要内容,也是新时期贯彻落实国家社会主义核心价值观主要内容的重要载体。“体验式德育”作为一种新的德育模式,改变以往道德教育“授受式”的强制灌输和死记硬背,教育者通过教育情境问题的创设或活动组织的开展,教育者在切身体验中领悟和反思,将获得的认知内省并通过行为外现,进而实现认知、情感、道德和行为的和谐统一,已成为德育理论研究中的一个新视点。本研究是以甘肃省积石山县田家炳中学为例的个案研究,采用访谈、案例分析、实物分析等方法对积石山县田家炳中学体验式德育校本课程的开发与实施的现状进行研究。其中,访谈主要是针对学生、教师、学校管理者和学生家长四个群体22名人员进行相关访谈,了解课程开发与实施的现状及问题。同时,研究者还对活动中的实录教学案例的音、视频,典型的课堂案例以及收集到的活动实施方案、活动计划书、活动过程中录制的相关视频、照片及学生书写的体验反思和感想等案例和文本进行分析,发现体验式德育校本课程在开发和实践中存在的问题,即实践体验过程中注重主体的参与,而轻视学生的情感认同;重视活动形式,而轻视体验实质以及教学体验情境创设不完善等问题。因此,为改变体验式德育校本课程开发与实施中存在的问题,本研究力图从课程实践层面出发,针对问题,尝试性地提出以下改进策略与建议:课程开发需要把握协调性、生活性、多样性和开放性等科学性的原则;健全课程实施的评价体系;提升教师体验式教学的能力;建构社会支持系统;树立“课程成本”意识,才能更好地发挥学校德育的育人效能。
[Abstract]:The ultimate goal of education is to promote the all-round and harmonious development of human beings. It is also an important carrier to carry out the main contents of the national socialist core values in the new period. As a new mode of moral education, "experiential moral education", as a new mode of moral education, changes the mandatory indoctrination and rote memorization of moral education in the past. Educators, through the creation of educational situation problems or the organization of activities, comprehend and reflect on the personal experience of educators, and realize the harmonious unity of cognition, emotion, morality and behavior through the introspection of the acquired cognition and the appearance of behavior. This study is a case study of Tianjiabing Middle School in Jishi Mountain County, Gansu Province. Physical analysis and other methods are used to study the current situation of the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of experiential moral education in Tianjiabing Middle School in Jishi County. Among them, interviews are mainly aimed at students and teachers. School administrators and 22 students from four groups of parents were interviewed to understand the current situation and problems of curriculum development and implementation. At the same time, the researchers also recorded the audio and video of teaching cases in the activities. Typical classroom cases and collected activity implementation plans, activity plans, related videos recorded during the activities, photographs, experience reflections and feelings written by students, and other cases and texts are analyzed. Find out the problems existing in the development and practice of the school-based curriculum of experiential moral education, that is, pay attention to the participation of the main body in the process of practical experience, but despise the emotional identity of the students, attach importance to the form of activities, Therefore, in order to change the problems existing in the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of experiential moral education, this study tries to set out from the practical level of the curriculum, aiming at the problems. The following improvement strategies and suggestions are put forward in an attempt: curriculum development needs to grasp the scientific principles of coordination, life, diversity and openness, perfect the evaluation system of curriculum implementation, enhance teachers' ability of experiential teaching; Only by constructing the social support system and establishing the consciousness of "curriculum cost" can the educational efficiency of moral education in schools be better brought into play.
