浙江大学附属中学英语学科分层走班教学模式的案例分析

【摘要】:随着英语语言学习在中国持续的热潮,越来越多的人关注到英语在日常生活中以及在国际交流中的重要性。英语在中国中学的教学中也是一门十分重要的科目。然而,中国的英语教育却始终进展得并不十分顺利,其中一个原因就是越来越多的学校扩招,生源繁多,其学生的个性、学习能力及学习速度都有很大的不同。而中国的中学一贯使用班级授课制,这就导致了课堂内部学习的不公平发展。作者在本文中例举了分层走班教学模式及PE教学模式的定义。随后将与本研究相关的理论和文献呈现出来,并将研究方法和研究框架简述。之后,作者设计了一个包括课堂观察、学生及老师的个人采访、问卷调查和数据分析在内的研究方案。在浙大附中,现有三种层次的英语学习班级,分别为A(优秀班),B(坚韧勇敢班)C(信心班)。通过这个实验研究,作者想要尝试去探索分层走班的教学模式在这所学校的英语教学中将会有什么样的影响?本文的主要关注点如下:(1)使用着相同的教材书本,不同层次班级的教师会选择书中的哪些部分,并在课堂上进行集中使用?(2)教师在班级教学过程中会遇到什么样的困难?他们将会使用什么样的方法来解决这些困难?(3)分层走班教学模式将会如何影响学生的英语学习过程?通过本次研究,作者得出简要结论,分层走班教学模式与PE教学模式在帮助学生尤其是C层次学生学习英语方面的确有帮助作用。在使用本教学模式的过程中,教师们也遇到了一些相当棘手的困难问题,例如教师们必须解决教材重点的选择问题,因为不同层次的班级仍要按照教育部安排使用同一套教材。还有针对不同层次的学生评价体系的完善问题。同时,本次研究也发现尚有未解决的问题存在,例如学生与不同行政班的同学组合新班级后的沟通交流问题也始终是需要关心的问题。所以,关于分层走班的研究仍有很长的路程要走。
[Abstract]:With the continuous upsurge of English language learning in China, more and more people pay attention to the importance of English in daily life and in international communication. English is also a very important subject in the teaching of middle schools in China. However, However, English education in China has not been progressing very smoothly. One of the reasons is that more and more schools have expanded their enrollment, with a wide range of students and their students' personality. Learning ability and learning speed are very different. And Chinese middle schools always use class teaching system. This leads to the unfair development of in-classroom learning. In this paper, the author gives an example of the definition of the hierarchical walking class teaching model and the PE teaching model, and then presents the relevant theories and documents of this study. Then, the author designs a research program including classroom observation, personal interview of students and teachers, questionnaire survey and data analysis. There are three levels of English learning classes, namely, A (excellent Class B). The author would like to try to explore the influence of the teaching mode of stratified walking class on English teaching in this school. The main focus of this article is as follows: 1) using the same textbook books, which parts of the book will be selected by teachers of different classes and used centrally in the classroom? 2) what kind of difficulties will teachers encounter in the course of class teaching? What methods will they use to solve these difficulties? 3) how does the teaching mode of stratified walking class affect the students' English learning process? Through this study, the author draws a brief conclusion that the hierarchical walking class teaching model and the PE teaching mode can help the students, especially the C level students, to learn English. Teachers have also encountered some rather difficult problems, such as the need for teachers to solve the problem of choosing the priorities of teaching materials. Because classes at different levels still have to use the same set of textbooks according to the arrangement of the Ministry of Education. There is also the problem of perfecting the evaluation system for students at different levels. At the same time, the study also finds that there are still unresolved problems. For example, the problem of communication and communication between students and students in different administrative classes is always a matter of concern. Therefore, there is still a long way to go in the study of stratified walking classes.
