珲春市S中学班级自主管理现状研究

【摘要】:本文主要研初中班级自主管理相关问题。我国教育部颁发的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010—2020年》中明确提到坚持以人为本、全面实施素质教育是教育改革发展的战略主题,是贯彻党的教育方针的时代要求。随着基础教育改革的实施,班级自主管理模式已普遍被学校接受和认可。研究者们普遍认为班级管理过程中实施自主管理,有利于学生全面发展,有利于班级管理效率的提高。但关于班级自主管理的研究多为理论研究,实证研究的较少,并且分析班级自主管理现状的更少。本研究以珲春市S中学为例,了解初中班级自主管理现状,分析目前初中生自主管理中存在的问题及成因,提出更具有针对性的解决策略能为加强本校及其他初中班级自主管理提供一些借鉴。本研究以珲春市S中学为对象选取18名班主任,10名科任教师,320名学生样本,运用问卷调查法和访谈调查法,了解S中学班级自主管理的现状,并分析存在的问题及影响S中学班级自主管理的因素,进而提出完善S中学班级自主管理的对策性建议。通过研究得出以下结论:(1)学生的自主管理意识欠缺、自主管理能力差,班主任在日常管理过程中缺少对学生自主意识和自我管理能力的培养,班级缺少家校共建机制,导致自主学习效果不理想;(2)班干部的管理能力低,班主任的组织管理方法不够科学、灵活,对班干部的跟踪式培训力度不够,不能及时引导班干部有效的进行组织管理,没有为班干部创造有利的工作环境,导致自主管理组织工作成效不高;(3)班主任缺乏对自主管理评价的创新意识,安于现状,方法单一,自主管理评价失去本身的应有的功能和作用;(4)九年级的班主任活动管理的方法理念落后致使九年级的活动文化建设不完善;(5)大多数科任教师对自己的角色认识不够清楚。科任教师未能与班主任在班级管理过程中形成合力,没有真正参与到班级自主管理中。根据研究得到的结论,提出以下建议:(1)进一步加强学生自主管理能力的培养,提高班级自主管理的效果;(2)精心培育自主管理负责人队伍,提高班级自主管理效率;(3)要扮演好班主任协调者角色,推动班级自主管理工作的实施;(4)要树立为学生终身发展着想的教育观,找到与中考衔接的最佳途径;(5)实施自主管理的合理评价,充分发挥评价的积极导向作用,促进班级自主管理发展。
[Abstract]:This article mainly studies the junior middle school class independent management correlation question.The outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 issued by the Ministry of Education of our country explicitly mentions that adhering to people-oriented and implementing quality-oriented education in an all-round way are the strategic themes of educational reform and development.Is carries out the party's education policy the time request.With the implementation of basic education reform, the model of autonomous class management has been generally accepted and recognized by schools.Researchers generally believe that the implementation of autonomous management in the process of class management is conducive to the overall development of students and to the improvement of class management efficiency.However, the research on class autonomy management is mostly theoretical, empirical research is less, and the analysis of class autonomy management situation is even less.This study takes S Middle School in Hunchun City as an example to understand the present situation of junior high school class autonomy management, and analyze the problems and causes of junior middle school students' autonomous management.It can provide some reference for strengthening the independent management of our school and other junior middle school classes.This study takes S Middle School of Hunchun City as the object, selects 18 class teachers and 10 teachers and 320 students, and uses the method of questionnaire investigation and interview investigation to understand the present situation of the independent management of class in S middle school.This paper also analyzes the existing problems and the factors affecting the independent management of the class in S middle school, and then puts forward some countermeasures to improve the independent management of the class in S middle school.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: (1) the students' consciousness of autonomous management is deficient, the ability of autonomous management is poor, the teacher in charge of class lacks the cultivation of students' self-consciousness and self-management ability in the daily management process, and the class lacks the mechanism of building together at home and school.As a result of the low management ability of the class cadres, the organization and management methods of the class teachers are not scientific and flexible, the training of the class cadres is not enough, and the effective organization and management of the class cadres cannot be guided in time.The lack of a favorable working environment for the class cadres leads to the lack of innovative awareness of independent management evaluation in the independent management organization, the lack of innovative awareness of the evaluation of independent management, the complacency of the present situation, and the single method.The evaluation of independent management has lost its proper function and function. (4) the concept of activity management of class teacher in grade 9 is backward and the cultural construction of activity in grade 9 is not perfect. 5) most of the teachers in charge of science do not have a clear understanding of their own role.The teachers failed to form a joint force with the class teachers in the process of class management and did not participate in the independent management of the class.According to the conclusions of the study, the following suggestions are put forward: 1) to further strengthen the cultivation of students' autonomous management ability and to improve the effect of class autonomous management.In order to improve the efficiency of class autonomous management, we should play the coordinating role of class teachers and promote the implementation of class autonomous management. (4) We should set up an education concept that is for the sake of students' lifelong development.To find the best way to link up with the middle school entrance examination 5) to carry out the rational evaluation of independent management, to give full play to the positive guiding role of evaluation, and to promote the development of independent management of classes.
