农村初中信息技术教学中人文精神培养的实践探究

【摘要】:随着新课程的改革,人文精神成为教育中的一个热点话题,更多的教师开始前所未有的关注和研究教育中的人文精神,随着研究的深入与扩大,传统的教学模式和思想开始被质疑、被颠覆,这种质疑几乎遍及了所有的学科,信息技术学科也不例外。初中阶段的信息技术教学是至关重要的,它涉及到伴随现代人左右的办公软件和网络的学习。长期以来,信息技术课程被“重技术、轻人文”的教学和学习氛围笼罩,这样必然导致学生人文精神的缺失。因此要重构学生在信息技术课程中的人文精神,必先改变信息技术教师的观念,平等师生关系,挖掘教材中的人文元素,完善信息技术评价机制等,方可使人文精神在学生心中生根发芽。本论文对农村初中学生在信息技术学科中人文精神缺失状况进行了较为广泛的调查分析,并结合自身教学经验进行了深入分析,最后从教师、学生、评价机制、环境等几个方面提出了解决的策略,教师要有一颗仁爱之心,关爱学生,用感情教育学生,用生命与学生对话;在信息技术课堂中教师要尊重学生的人格尊严权,不要以高姿态示人,用权威压迫学生;构建多样的学习方式,包括交流式、实践感悟式、竞争合作式等等,从而培养学生的合作精神;利用隐性分层教学法,在教师心中隐性将学生从高到低分为A、B、C三类,让A类学生坐于机房的中央,两边分别为B、C类学生,方便学业上的帮扶,同时要控制课堂抢答环节,以免C类生有挫败感,这样有利于培养学生的合作意识;在教材中挖掘理想、使命感等人文因素;推荐优秀网站,强化责任感;利用多角度的评价机制。
