社会参与学校教学改革联动机制分析

【摘要】：学校教学改革是其根据自身生存与发展需求而启动的内部调整或变革,但外部社会因素对改革的顺利实施举足轻重。社会压力对教学改革的影响如影随形,社会主体的改革倾向对改革的实施能够产生直接影响。而成功的学校教学改革需要关注社会主体的存在,重视社会力量参与的价值,建立有效的社会参与机制,创建教学改革的社会共同体,构建学校内部改革机制和外部参与机制有机结合的教学改革体系。
[Abstract]:School teaching reform is an internal adjustment or reform initiated according to its own survival and development needs, but the external social factors play an important role in the smooth implementation of the reform. The reform tendency of the social subject can have a direct impact on the implementation of the reform, and the successful school teaching reform needs to pay attention to the existence of the social subject, attach importance to the value of social force participation, and establish an effective social participation mechanism. To establish a social community of teaching reform and to build a teaching reform system which combines the internal reform mechanism with the external participation mechanism.
