新课改背景下中学政治教师专业发展研究

【摘要】：21世纪以来,国际间竞争的关键是科技与人才的竞争,教育是培养人才的基石,而教师是教育的灵魂。江苏省初中自2004年开始采用新课程以来,对教师观念更新、教学方式创新和教师培训等专业化发展问题提出了新要求。而作为德育工作主要推进者的中学政治教师距离新要求还存在一定差距。因此,推动中学政治教师专业化建设对于强化中学生思想政治教育工作,对于促进政治教师自我成长发展,推动新课程改革的进程,对于落实科教兴国战略和人才强国战略都具有重要意义。因此,如何重视加强中学政治教师队伍建设,提升其专业发展能力是我们面临的重要课题。从中学政治教师专业化发展的概念入手,分析中学政治教师专业化发展的内涵,提出在新课改背景下推进中学政治教师专业化发展的必要性。通过采用社会调查法、实证分析法等方法对苏南地区部分具有代表性的一线中学政治教师进行访谈、问卷调查,根据访谈、调查结果对比归纳分析目前中学政治教师专业化发展的现状,指出存在的问题,并通过图表数据对阻碍中学政治教师专业发展的可能性原因进行分析。最后,在分析和研究的基础上,提出了促进中学政治教师专业化发展的具体措施,即从教育主管部门、学校以及教师自身这三方面入手:一是推进教育主管部门深入改革,包含:优化政治教师交流轮岗机制、健全教师待遇保障、激励机制、完善培训体系以及提升德育工作及中学思想政治学科地位。二是完善学校管理评价机制,包含:优化政治教师队伍结构、完善德育工作的激励、评价机制、推进校园文化建设,营造和谐的校园氛围以及结合美国、英国等国家校本培训的经验完善校本培训模式。三是加强政治教师自我发展,包含:强化政治教师自我教育意识,树立坚定的理想信念、推进教学实践,提升专业素养以及开展自我反思,强化师德修养,从而全面提升中学政治教师综合素质,大力促进中学政治教师专业发展。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the key to international competition is the competition between science and technology and talent. Education is the cornerstone of talent training, and teachers are the soul of education. The innovation of teaching methods and the training of teachers have put forward new demands. However, the middle school political teachers, as the main promoters of moral education, are still far from the new demands. To promote the professionalization of political teachers in middle schools, to strengthen the ideological and political education of middle school students, to promote the self-growth and development of political teachers, and to promote the process of the new curriculum reform, It is of great significance to carry out the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents. Therefore, how to strengthen the construction of political teachers in middle schools is of great importance. It is an important task for us to improve their professional development ability. Starting with the concept of the professional development of political teachers in middle schools, this paper analyzes the connotation of the professional development of political teachers in middle schools. This paper puts forward the necessity of promoting the professional development of political teachers in middle schools under the background of the new curriculum reform. Through the methods of social investigation and empirical analysis, this paper conducts interviews and questionnaires on some representative first-line middle school political teachers in southern Jiangsu. According to the interview, the result of the investigation compares and analyzes the current situation of the professional development of the political teachers in middle schools, points out the existing problems, and analyzes the possible reasons that hinder the professional development of the political teachers in the middle school by using the chart data. Finally, On the basis of analysis and research, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to promote the professional development of political teachers in middle schools, that is, starting from the three aspects of education departments, schools and teachers themselves: first, to promote the in-depth reform of education departments. It includes: optimizing the mechanism of political teachers exchanging posts, perfecting teachers' treatment guarantee, encouraging mechanism, perfecting training system, improving moral education work and the status of ideological and political discipline in middle school. Second, perfecting the evaluation mechanism of school management. Including: optimizing the structure of political teachers, improving the incentive of moral education, evaluation mechanism, promoting the construction of campus culture, building a harmonious campus atmosphere and combining with the United States, The experience of school-based training in Britain and other countries has improved the school-based training model. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the self-development of political teachers, including: strengthening the self-education consciousness of political teachers, establishing firm ideals and beliefs, and promoting teaching practice. Enhance professional accomplishment and self-reflection, strengthen teachers' moral accomplishment, so as to improve the comprehensive quality of middle school political teachers and promote the professional development of middle school political teachers.
