教育信息化背景下中小学教师专业发展提升策略

【摘要】：随着网络和通信技术的飞速发展,新媒体新技术逐渐走入中小学课堂,我国教育信息化发展进入融合创新阶段:基础教育面临着解构与重构,课堂教学以信息技术与教学应用的深度融合为核心,教学管理、教与学方式、信息化教学模式等都将迎来一场重大变革,而中小学教师专业发展是这场变革的直接影响因素。该文从当前教育信息化发展趋势与关注热点出发,分析教育信息化背景下中小学教师专业发展内涵,以重庆市中小学教师教学应用实践与专业发展现状为例,着力探索教育信息化背景下中小学教师专业发展提升策略,助力基础教育课程改革和中小学教师专业发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network and communication technology, new media and new technology gradually enter the classroom of primary and secondary schools. The development of education informatization in China has entered the stage of integration and innovation: basic education is facing deconstruction and reconstruction.Classroom teaching takes the deep integration of information technology and teaching application as the core, teaching management, teaching and learning methods, information teaching mode will usher in a major change, and the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers is the direct influence factor of this change.This paper analyzes the connotation of primary and secondary school teachers' professional development under the background of educational informatization, and takes the practice of teaching application and professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in Chongqing as an example.This paper tries to explore the strategies of promoting the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers under the background of educational informatization, and to help the curriculum reform of basic education and the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.
