普通高中生本教育视野下的师生关系现状及其管理研究

【摘要】:师生关系是教育、教学中最基本的关系,也是人际关系的一种。高中师生关系是实施教育、教学的主体和关键,教师作为教育的主导者,不仅应具备构建和谐的师生关系能力,还应具备较高的管理能力和较高的个人素质。目前,专家学者们对素质教育等方面的关注比较多,而对生本教育实施的相关研究则比较有限,在生本教育中的师生关系方面研究的更少。那么,高中生本教育视野下的师生关系现状如何?各维度如何影响师生关系的发展?这些问题都是值得我们关注并深入研究的。本论文通过问卷调查方法,抽取延吉市某高中315名师生为调查对象,了解某高中教师和学生,在教学活动与教育活动中师生关系水平,以及师生关系的总体现状,并结合访谈调查的方式,探讨了教育管理、教学管理、教师素质这三个维度对师生关系的影响。通过对高中教师群体和学生群体,在教育、教学活动中体现出的人际关系进行调查研究结果的分析与讨论,本研究形成了4个结论:师生关系大部分呈现出紧张的状态,只有少数学生、教师为积极的态度,教师的教龄与师生关系呈负相关关系。教育管理因素对教育活动中的师生关系具有较大影响,由于理念滞后、方案不完善、教育形式单一,使得师生关系淡薄,因此产生了较大影响。教学管理因素对教学活动中的师生关系具有较大影响,由于教学管理的规章制度的制定不完善、教学模式的应试化,大部分教师并未对生本教育有足够的重视,使得师生关系处于紧张状态。教师素质对教育、教学活动中的师生关系的影响较小,教师素质取决于教师的态度,教师的态度不端正使得师生关系疏远。基于以上结论,提出建议如下:构建和谐的师生关系,要建构完善的管理策略,主要体现在明确教育理念和组织教育活动。学校要提倡“以学生为本”的教学理念,使得师生的地位平等。学校要构建和谐的教学管理规章制度,并对其规章制度要采取相应措施,有效提高师生的教学认知水平。提高教师素质综合水平,教师要具备较高的教育态度,同时具备较高的教育、教学能力,让师生的关系更友爱。
[Abstract]:Teacher-student relationship is the most basic relationship in education and teaching, and it is also a kind of interpersonal relationship.The relationship between teachers and students in senior high school is the main body and key of carrying out education and teaching. As the leader of education, teachers should not only have the ability to construct harmonious teacher-student relationship, but also have higher management ability and higher personal quality.At present, experts and scholars pay more attention to quality-oriented education, but the implementation of student-oriented education is relatively limited, and the student-student relationship in student-oriented education is less.So, what is the current situation of teacher-student relationship in the perspective of high school education?How does each dimension affect the development of teacher-student relationship?These problems are worthy of our attention and in-depth study.In this paper, 315 teachers and students in a senior high school in Yanji city are selected as the objects of investigation by means of questionnaire, to understand the level of teacher-student relationship between teaching activities and educational activities, as well as the overall situation of teacher-student relationship.Combined with the way of interview and investigation, this paper probes into the influence of the three dimensions of education management, teaching management and teachers' quality on the teacher-student relationship.Through the analysis and discussion of the results of the investigation and research on the interpersonal relationships embodied in the education and teaching activities of the high school teachers and students groups, this study has reached four conclusions: most of the teacher-student relations show a tense state.Only a few students and teachers have a positive attitude, and teachers' teaching life is negatively related to the relationship between teachers and students.The educational management factors have a great influence on the teacher-student relationship in the educational activities. Because of the lag of the idea, the imperfect scheme and the single form of education, the teacher-student relationship is weak, so it has a great influence.The factors of teaching management have great influence on the teacher-student relationship in teaching activities. Due to the imperfection of the rules and regulations of teaching management and the examination-oriented teaching mode, most teachers have not paid enough attention to student-oriented education.Make the relationship between teachers and students in a state of tension.The teacher's quality has little influence on the teacher-student relationship in education and teaching activities. The teacher's quality depends on the teacher's attitude, and the teacher's attitude is not correct, which makes the teacher-student relationship estranged.Based on the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship, to construct a sound management strategy, mainly reflected in the clear educational concept and organization of educational activities.Schools should advocate the concept of "student-oriented" teaching so that teachers and students have equal status.The school should construct the harmonious teaching management rules and regulations, and take corresponding measures to improve the teachers' and students' teaching cognition level.To improve the comprehensive level of teachers' quality, teachers should have a higher education attitude, higher education and teaching ability, so as to make the relationship between teachers and students more friendly.
