城乡教育资源配置的合理选择:生态模式

【摘要】：城乡教育资源配置,从政策文本解读来看,共提出过三种模式——效率模式、均衡模式、一体化模式,这些配置模式在一定历史时期发挥了一定作用,但教育的不同发展阶段要有不同的资源配置模式。生态模式下的教育资源分配方式是以生态理论为指导,基于当前和未来一段时期内教育特征、人口特征、区域经济特征等生态环境因素,系统化地理解教育资源,形成教育资源层次化和体系化评价思路,促进教育资源流动,构建城乡教育生态平衡。
[Abstract]:The allocation of urban and rural educational resources, from the perspective of the policy text, has put forward three modes-efficiency mode, equilibrium mode and integration mode. These allocation models have played a certain role in a certain historical period.However, different stages of development of education should have different patterns of resource allocation.The distribution of educational resources under the ecological model is guided by ecological theory, based on the ecological environmental factors, such as education characteristics, population characteristics, regional economic characteristics and so on, in the present and future period, the educational resources are systematically understood.In order to promote the flow of educational resources and construct the ecological balance of urban and rural education, the hierarchical and systematic evaluation ideas of educational resources should be formed.
