芬兰国家核心课程改革中横贯能力的培养对我国的启示

【摘要】：2016年芬兰新一轮国家核心课程改革全面展开,此次改革以学生横贯能力的培养为重点。横贯能力既是培养学生跨学科融合能力的一种价值取向,又具体体现为思考与学会学习的能力,文化、交流与表达的能力等七大具体通用能力。本文描述了芬兰此次改革的背景、横贯能力的具体含义及其在实施层面的现象教学、社区化学校等具体措施和包班制教学等保障机制;最后结合我国基础教育实际提出了在人才培养取向和具体实施层面的两点启示。
[Abstract]:A new round of national core curriculum reforms in Finland was launched in 2016, focusing on the development of students' traversing ability.Cross-cutting ability is not only a value orientation of cultivating students' ability of interdisciplinary integration, but also the ability of thinking and learning, the ability of culture, the ability of communication and expression, and so on.This paper describes the background of the reform in Finland, the concrete meaning of the transversal ability and its phenomenon teaching at the level of implementation, the concrete measures such as community schools, and the guarantee mechanism of the class system teaching.Finally, combined with the actual situation of basic education in our country, the author puts forward two enlightenments on talent training orientation and concrete implementation level.
