济南市舜文中学羽毛球运动队培养模式研究

【摘要】:羽毛球起源于英国,大约于20世纪初传入中国,我国对羽毛球运动经历几十年的发展由五十年代起步时期,到现在的二十一世纪羽毛球运动历史发展到顶峰时期,无论是在国内的各项级别比赛中还是世界级别的比赛中,我国羽毛球运动都能创造出优异成绩,在各大比赛中不断刷新创造出新的奇迹,纵观世界羽毛球运动队发展的历程来看,随着国外对竞技体育的重视,例如:日本、新加坡等国家队的竞技水平对我国羽毛球运动带来了一定的冲击,现阶段我国羽毛球运动发展至今面临着严重的新老交替的阶段,透过这一现象不难发现我国羽毛球运动在体育后备人才这一方面存在着重大问题。为了使我国的羽毛球运动长盛不衰,在一系列重要赛事中能够继续保持优势,就必须得重视我国基层中小学阶段的羽毛球训练水平,从基础抓起,采用先进、科学选材,进行科学系统的训练,不断提高运动员的技战术水平,从而整体壮大基层运动员的训练水平,为上级输送更多的优秀体育苗子。本文通过对济南市舜文中学羽毛球运动队队员发放问卷调查,实地对学校领导、教师和教练员的交流等,对舜文中学羽毛球运动队的发展进行了调查与分析,其结果分析:1、济南舜文中学是济南市教育局、济南市市中区区委、区政府2006年7月批准成立的一所九年一贯制国办中学。学校现在拥有一座体育馆,一个标准田径场,六块标准羽毛球运动场地,学校根据学校的体育设施着重发展羽毛球运动队,快乐羽球课间操和羽毛球体育课相融合的班级授课。2、济南市舜文中学教练员通过多年的执教经验科学选材,并且通过不同的身体指标进行合理选材,选出优秀的体育苗子进行课余体育训练。3、济南市舜文中学羽毛球队在教练员有目的、有计划、有组织的带领下进行不同的专项训练,使运动员的专项素质与专项技能得到提高,以此提高竞技水平。4、教练员充分利用学生们的课余时间进行科学、有效的训练,妥善安排好学生们学习与训练之间的权衡。5、济南舜文中学在对羽毛球运动员学习与训练过程中,采取家长、教师和教练员三位一体相结合的管理方式,倡导“学习为主,训练为辅”的理念。6、结合当前学生们参与训练的动机倾向,影响训练的主要原因是运动员训练的动机和目的以及学校、家庭、社会的支持力度。
[Abstract]:Badminton originated in Britain and was introduced into China at the beginning of the 20th century. The development of badminton sport in our country has gone from the beginning of 1950s to the peak of badminton in the 21 century. No matter in domestic or world level competitions, China's badminton sports can create excellent results and constantly create new miracles in the major competitions. Throughout the development of badminton teams in the world, with the attention paid by foreign countries to competitive sports, for example, the competitive level of Japan, Singapore and other national teams has brought about a certain impact on China's badminton. At present, the development of badminton in China is faced with a serious period of new and old alternation. Through this phenomenon, it is not difficult to find that there are major problems in the sports reserve talent of badminton in our country. In order to make badminton in our country flourish and maintain its advantages in a series of important competitions, we must attach importance to the level of badminton training at the primary and secondary level in our country, and start from the foundation and adopt advanced and scientific selection of materials. Scientific and systematic training is carried out to continuously improve the skill and tactics of the athletes, so as to strengthen the training level of the basic-level athletes as a whole, and to transport more excellent sports seedlings for the higher level. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the development of Shunwen Middle School Badminton Sports team through the questionnaire survey of badminton team members of Shunwen Middle School in Jinan City, and the exchange of school leaders, teachers and coaches in the field. The analysis of the results shows that the Jinan Shunwen Middle School is a nine-year state run middle school approved by the Jinan Education Bureau, the Central District Committee of Jinan City and the District Government in July 2006. The school now has a gymnasium, a standard track and field, and six standard badminton sports venues. According to the school's sports facilities, the school emphasizes the development of badminton sports teams. Happy feather ball class exercise and badminton physical education class teaching. 2, Jinan Shunwen middle school coaches through many years of teaching experience and scientific selection, and through different physical indicators for reasonable selection, Selecting excellent sports seedlings for after-school sports training. 3. The badminton team of Shunwen Middle School in Jinan has a purpose, a plan, and an organized leadership to carry out different special training, so that the athletes' special quality and skills can be improved. In order to improve the competitive level. 4, coaches make full use of the students' spare time for scientific and effective training, and properly arrange the tradeoff between students' study and training. 5. In the process of studying and training badminton players in Jinan Shunwen Middle School, Adopting the management mode of combining parents, teachers and coaches, advocating the idea of "learning first, training auxiliary", combining the current motivation tendency of students to participate in training, The main reason of influencing training is the motivation and purpose of athletes' training and the support of school, family and society.
