转化数学学困生课堂学习行为的教学策略研究

【摘要】:高中存在很多的数学学习困难学生(简称“数困生”),导致数学成绩长期难以提高。在实际的教学中发现,这些数困生在课堂活动中参与度低,经常处于被动消极的学习状态,在课堂上对基本知识和基本技能掌握的不好导致学习兴趣较弱,学习成绩不够理想。如何才能提高学生课堂学习效率,是教师需要认真考虑的问题。本文研究的对象是中学教育中普遍存在的弱势群体,他们的存在不仅对他们本人有消极的影响,而且使教育者对自己的教学产生怀疑。对于学生而言,课堂是他们获取知识重要的场所,如何才能使数困生成功地获得有用的知识,这是社会,学校,家长,教师,学生都需要关注的问题。我通过调查发现,数困生有如下特点:数学学习兴趣较弱;学习动机较低;学习方法不佳;思维能力较差;数学基本知识和基本技能不过关;在某段时间里,数学成绩总排在后面。结合国内外的相关研究,以建构主义学习理论为指导,从学习态度,学习动机,注意力和策略应用四个方面对数困生的课堂学习行为作了调查,调查表明这四个方面对学生的数学成绩有显著影响,且注意力的影响最大。我对高一差班的一位学生进行了个案研究,从个案中,我发现该数困生的内部动力不足,课堂参与度较低,学习态度比较端正,学习策略缺乏灵活性。据此,对于教师而言,首先教师要了解数困生的形成原因,其次教师要凭借自身良好的数学素养和人格魅力,通过建立良好的师生关系,以此来激发学困生的学习动机,增加学困生的自我成就感,最后教师需要改善数学课堂教学,提高学困生的策略应用;对学生而言,在课前学生需要养成预习的好习惯,在课中处理好听课与记笔记的关系,在课后做好复习计划;对于家长而言,家长需要培养孩子形成良好的生活习惯和学习习惯。改变数困生课堂学习行为现状主要靠学生,教师和家长的共同努力。
[Abstract]:There are many students with mathematics learning difficulties in senior high school. In the actual teaching, it is found that these poor students have low participation in classroom activities and are often in a passive and passive learning state. The poor mastery of basic knowledge and skills in the classroom leads to weak interest in learning and insufficient academic achievement. How to improve the efficiency of students' classroom learning is a problem that teachers should seriously consider. The object of this study is the vulnerable groups in middle school education, whose existence not only has a negative impact on themselves, but also makes educators doubt their teaching. For students, classroom is an important place for them to acquire knowledge. How to make the students get useful knowledge successfully is a problem that society, school, parents, teachers and students should pay attention to. Through my investigation, I found that the following characteristics exist among the students in difficulty in mathematics: weak interest in learning mathematics; low motivation; poor learning methods; poor thinking ability; poor basic knowledge and skills in mathematics; and a certain period of time, Math is always at the bottom. Under the guidance of constructivist learning theory, this paper investigates the learning behaviors of logarithmic students from four aspects: learning attitude, learning motivation, attention and strategy application. The investigation shows that these four aspects have significant influence on students' mathematics achievement, and their attention is the most important. I conducted a case study on a student in a junior high school. From the case, I found that the poor students had insufficient internal motivation, low classroom participation, correct learning attitude and lack of flexibility in learning strategies. Therefore, for teachers, first of all, teachers should understand the causes of the formation of the number of poor students, secondly, teachers should rely on their own good mathematical literacy and personality charm, through the establishment of a good teacher-student relationship, in order to stimulate the learning motivation of students with learning difficulties. Finally, teachers need to improve the mathematics classroom teaching and improve the strategy application of the students with learning difficulties. For the students, students need to form the good habit of preparing lessons before class, and deal with the relationship between listening to class and taking notes in class. Do a good review plan after class; for parents, parents need to develop good habits of life and study. To change the current situation of learning behavior of students in class mainly depends on the joint efforts of students, teachers and parents.
