跳绳运动对农村初中学生耐力素质影响的实验研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,在竞争日趋激烈的社会环境中,青少年学生要有良好竞争能力,就必须拥有健康的体魄。跳绳运动作为一项民族传统体育运动,不但具有强身健体的功效,而且相对于其它体育运动项目而言,还具有简单易行,场地器材要求低等特点,非常适合在农村中学开展。目前由于农村初中学生耐力素质教学训练方法过于单一枯燥等因素、教学训练场地匮乏等因素,在不同程度上局限了农村初中学生耐力素质训练的高效开展,使得提高农村初中学生的身体素质,尤其是耐力素质成了一个较为困难的问题,以至于耐力素质训练在农村初中学生身心健康的发展过程中并没有充分发挥其应有的作用。因此,为了丰富农村初中学生耐力素质的训练方式,解决农村学校场地资源设施不足等问题,充分发挥耐力素质教学训练在促进学生身心健康发展方面的作用,本文就从跳绳运动在农村初中学生耐力素质影响入手开展了实验研究。探讨了跳绳运动在学生耐力素质发展方面的价值和作用,希望能够借此为农村初中学生耐力素质教学训练提供一种新的、有效的方法和手段。在研究的过程中,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法展开了研究,并利用随机整体取样的方法,抽取了南化塘镇黄柿初级中学八年级两个班的学生,共75人作为实验对象,并将两个班的学生分别作为实验组和对照组开展了为期3个月的教学实验,并在实验过程中,对学生的耐力素质变化情况和对耐力素质的态度与兴趣变化情况进行了及时的跟踪观察和记录。然后在教学实验的基础之上,根据教学实验中所获得的数据和资料,从实验组实验前、后中长跑数据及心血管系统机能的差异性检验结果与分析、对照组实验前、后耐力跑数据及心脏机能水平的差异性检验结果与分析、实验组与对照组实验后耐力跑及心血管系统机能的差异性检验结果与分析、农村初中学生耐力素质实验前、后学习兴趣的对比分析、农村初中学生耐力素质实验前后学习满意度的对比分析及跳绳运动促进农村初中学生耐力素质发展的优势分析等几个方面入手进行了探讨和研究。结果发现:1、在农村初中教学场地和设施匮乏的情况下,利用跳绳运动来代替耐久跑运动来开展农村初中学生的耐力素质教学训练是切实可行的。2、目前农村初中学生的耐力素质水平仍然普遍较低,所开展的耐力教学训练,无法满足学生的学习训练需求,没有充分的激发学生的学习训练兴趣,而造成这种情况的关键原因就是教学训练的方法过于单一枯燥。3、利用跳绳运动开展农村初中学生的耐力素质教学训练,能够明显的促进学生耐力素质的发展和提升。4、利用跳绳运动开展农村初中学生耐力素质教学训练的相较于利用单独的耐久跑开展农村初中学生耐力素质教学训练而言,能够更好的激发学生的学习训练兴趣,提高学生的学习训练满意度。由此可知,利用跳绳运动来代替耐久跑运动开展农村初中学生的耐力素质训练是切实可行的。农村初中体育教育工作者应重视跳绳运动在农村初中学生耐力素质教学训练中应用的推广与普及。另外在全文研究的基础上,本研究还根据农村初中学生耐力素质训练的开展现状以及上述的研究结果,提出了如下几点开展农村初中学生耐力素质的建议:1、重视跳绳运动在农村初中学生耐力素质教学训练中应用的推广与普及。可以通过定期采用跳绳比赛的方式来吸引更多的学生积极、主动、能动的参与到运动中来,以此来跳绳运动在农村初中学生耐力素质教学训练中的普及和发展。2、注意构建科学、合理的跳绳运动训练模式。在构建科学合理的跳绳运动训练时,尤其要注意在利用跳绳运动开展学生的耐力素质教学训练时,随时的、灵活的调节学生跳绳的速度、跳绳的时间,以此来实现对学生训练强度的科学控制。3、注意跳绳形式的多样化,可以根据训练需要,灵活采用多种方式,如:单脚跳、双脚跳、同时跳、依次跳、单人跳、双人跳以及多人跳等等,还可以采用跳绳游戏、跳绳比赛或是花样跳绳等多种方式来组织开展训练活动,以此来提高跳绳运动的趣味性,激发学生参与教学训练的兴趣和积极性。4、在利用跳绳运动开展耐力素质教学训练时,应注意提前做好准备活动。5、在利用跳绳运动开展耐力素质教学训练时,应注意跳绳的时间不宜一次性过长,应根据农村初中学生的身心特点和发展规律进行合理的、有针对性的制定。
[Abstract]:With the development of the society, in the increasingly competitive social environment, young students should have good competitive ability and have a healthy body. It is very suitable for low school students to carry out in rural middle schools. At present, because of the unitary and boring training methods of endurance quality in rural junior middle school students and the lack of teaching and training fields, the high efficiency of endurance training in rural junior middle school students is limited to some extent so that the physical quality of the rural junior high school students can be improved. Especially endurance quality has become a more difficult problem, so the endurance quality training has not fully played its due role in the development of the physical and mental health of the rural junior high school students. Therefore, in order to enrich the training mode of the endurance quality of the rural junior high school students and solve the problems of the shortage of the resources and facilities of the farm village school, it is fully issued. The effect of the teaching and training of the volatile endurance quality on the physical and mental health development of the students is carried out in this paper. This article starts with the experimental research on the influence of the rope skipping on the students' endurance quality in the rural junior middle school. It also discusses the value and function of the skip rope movement in the development of students' endurance quality, and hopes that it can be enough for the teaching of the endurance quality of the students in the rural junior middle school. Training provides a new and effective method and means. In the course of the study, the research methods, such as literature method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, are used in the study.
