天津市滨海新区中学开展“三人制篮球”的可行性研究

【摘要】：“三人制篮球”是在篮球运动的基础上,在一定的条件上分化而来的。包含篮球运动基本的特点和优势。“三人制篮球”以自身独特的大众适应性、次级对抗性、趣味性、游戏性、短周期性、和场地的简易性,赢得了广大人民群众的热爱。“三人制篮球”经过长时间的发展,已经在世界范围里得到了认可,并成为世界青年奥运会的正式项目,在社会上也被迅速推广开来,并形成稳定的参与人群。然而中学“三人制篮球”运动发展较慢,还有很大的潜力可挖,“三人制篮球”在中学里更好的发展就必须对三人制篮球项目特点进行研究,尤其是“三人制篮球”开展现状、影响因素、对策进行相关研究。文章主要采用SWOT分析法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法对天津市滨海新区中学开展“三人制篮球”的现状和发展进行分析,还对天津市滨海新区发展“三人制篮球”的客观因素和主观因素进行了调查分析。SWOT分析主要有:优势分析上主要从基础设施完备,学生参与热情高;政策支持体育课程改革,教师队伍水平较高等方面进行。劣势分析主要从家庭支持不足,未形成社会、学校、家庭的一体化环境;竞赛管理制度存在的问题等方面进行。机遇分析主要从天津市篮球运动管理中心的成立和支持;良好的氛围和市场需求。威胁分析主要从学校其他项目蓬勃发展对“三人制篮球”的威胁;升学压力与体育课程开展的矛盾。总之,得出天津市滨海新区开展“三人制篮球”运动具备条件。进而主要提出以下方面措施:学校领导要转变思想,进一步解放思想,积极探索新形势下的体育课程改革的新道路,发掘适合本校发展的“三人制篮球”培养模式;“三人制篮球”运动的特点正好契合中学生身心发展的特点,学校一定要有目的、有意识的为中学生参加“三人制篮球”提供基础条件,积极调动学生参与篮球活动的积极性,提高学生在教学中的主体地位;加大对“三人制篮球”的宣传力度,鼓励家庭、社会、学校联动起来参与“三人制篮球”,加大宣传力度,让家长了解“三人制篮球”运动的好处,得到家长的支持;多渠道引入赞助,组织校际间“三人制篮球”比赛,促进学校“三人制篮球”运动的发展,进而从为天津市篮球后备人才培养拓宽途径。
[Abstract]:On the basis of basketball, the three-man basketball is differentiated under certain conditions. Include the basic characteristics and advantages of basketball. With its own unique popular adaptability, secondary antagonism, interest, game, short periodicity, and simplicity of the field, "three-person basketball" has won the love of the broad masses of the people. After a long period of development, "three-player basketball" has been recognized in the world, and has become a formal item of the World Youth Olympic Games. It has also been rapidly popularized in the society and formed a stable crowd of participants. However, the development of "three-player basketball" in middle schools is relatively slow, and there is still great potential to be tapped. A better development of "three-player basketball" in middle schools requires a study of the characteristics of three-player basketball projects, especially the present situation of "three-player basketball". The influencing factors and countermeasures are studied. This paper mainly adopts SWOT analysis method, literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the present situation and development of developing "three-person basketball" in Tianjin Binhai New area Middle School. The objective and subjective factors of the development of "three-person basketball" in Tianjin Binhai New area are investigated and analyzed. SWOT analysis mainly includes: the superiority analysis is mainly from the complete infrastructure, the students participate in the enthusiasm, the policy supports the physical education curriculum reform. The level of teachers is high and so on. The disadvantage analysis mainly from the family support insufficiency, has not formed the society, the school, the family integration environment, the competition management system existence question and so on aspect carries on. Opportunity analysis mainly from the establishment and support of Tianjin Basketball Management Center, good atmosphere and market demand. The threat analysis is mainly from the threat of the vigorous development of other school items to the "three-player basketball", and the contradiction between the pressure of higher education and the development of physical education curriculum. In short, the Tianjin Binhai New area to develop the "three-person basketball" sports conditions. Then the following measures are put forward: the school leaders should change their thoughts, further emancipate their minds, actively explore the new road of physical education curriculum reform under the new situation, and explore the "three-player basketball" training model suitable for the development of the school; The characteristics of the "three-person basketball" match the characteristics of the students' physical and mental development. The school must have a purpose, consciously provide the basic conditions for the middle school students to participate in the "three-person basketball", and actively arouse the enthusiasm of the students to participate in basketball activities. To improve the students' main position in teaching, to increase the propaganda of "three-person basketball", to encourage families, society and schools to join in the "three-person basketball", and to increase the publicity, Let parents understand the benefits of "three-player basketball" and get the support of their parents; introduce sponsorship through various channels, organize inter-school "three-person basketball" competitions, and promote the development of "three-player basketball" sports in schools. And then from Tianjin basketball reserve talent training to broaden the way.
