美国iSchools培养教师的流动性分析

【摘要】:分析美国iSchools教师的最高学历院校和现任职院校之间的关系,可以了解美国iSchools师资流动情况。研究美国iSchools师资队伍建设和教师培养能力,能为我国图情档学科的师资队伍建设和学科建设提供参考。本文从教师就职流动的视角收集教师简历中最高学历院校和现任职iSchools信息,得到美国27个iSchools的880位教师的毕业院校及区域就职分布,iSchools师资队伍规模、职称结构、留校率、培养能力,以及iSchools之间的人才交流。调查结果显示美国iSchools师资队伍具有流动与稳定并存的特征,多元流动性表现在美国iSchools师资广泛来源于全球、区域、校际三个层面的流动;师资结构稳定性表现在职称结构的稳定,区域间和校际间的密切交流,以及极低的近亲繁殖程度。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the relationship between the top academic institutions of iSchools teachers in the United States and existing institutions, we can understand the flow of iSchools teachers in the United States. The research on the construction of American iSchools teachers and the training ability of teachers can provide a reference for the construction of teachers and disciplines in China. From the perspective of the flow of teachers' positions, this paper collects the information of the highest academic institutions and current iSchools teachers in their r 茅 sum 茅 s, and obtains the scale of teachers, the professional title structure, and the retention rate of the graduate colleges and the regional employment distribution schools of 27 iSchools teachers in the United States. Develop the ability, as well as the talent exchange between the iSchools. The results show that the iSchools teaching staff in the United States has the characteristics of mobility and stability. The multiple mobility of iSchools teachers in the United States comes from the three levels of global, regional and inter-school mobility. The stability of teacher structure is reflected in the stability of professional title structure, the close communication between regions and schools, and the very low degree of inbreeding.
