上海市高中生营养标签认知现状

【摘要】:目的了解上海市高中生营养标签认知情况,为开展中学生营养标签普及教育及合理膳食提供理论依据。方法采取分层整群随机抽样的方法,在上海市6所高中抽取高一及高二年级学生1 852名作为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果学生中有1 195名会阅读营养标签;日常饮食保持荤素均衡的学生阅读营养标签的比例明显高于偏爱吃肉者(P0.05);家庭月收入越高的学生阅读营养标签的比例越高(χ2=7.09,P0.05);父亲文化程度不同的中学生阅读营养标签的差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.81,P0.05)。调查对象购买食品时前3位选择依据为个人口味(1 587人)、食品营养(1 310人)、品牌(971人)。结论营养标签中营养信息在指导选择健康食品中的作用并未得到中学生足够的重视。应采取多种形式加强对上海市中学生的营养标签普及教育,引导其形成合理的饮食习惯。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the cognition of nutrition label in high school students in Shanghai and to provide theoretical basis for carrying out universal education on nutrition label and reasonable diet for middle school students. Methods using stratified cluster random sampling method, 1 852 students of Grade 1 and Grade 2 were selected from 6 high schools in Shanghai, and a self-designed questionnaire was used to carry out the investigation. Results 1 195 of the students could read the nutrition label; The proportion of students who maintained a balanced diet of meat and meat was significantly higher than that of those who preferred eating meat (P 0.05); the higher the monthly income of family was, the higher the proportion of reading nutrition labels was (蠂 2 + 7.09 / P 0.05; the middle school students with different father's educational level) read nutrition. The difference of label was statistically significant (蠂 2: 13.81 P 0.05). The first three choices were based on personal taste (1 587), food nutrition (1 310) and brand name (971). Conclusion the role of nutrition information in guiding the selection of healthy food has not been paid enough attention to by middle school students. Various forms should be taken to strengthen the education of nutrition label for middle school students in Shanghai and guide them to form reasonable eating habits.
