北京市中等职业学校体育教学改革调查研究

【摘要】:九十年代初,素质教育的全面提出,基础教育课程教学改革在全国中小学以迅猛之势展开,随后教育部颁布并试行新《体育与健康课程标准》,课程改革体现出全新的教育理念:构建以学生为主体、以素质教育为核心、以“健康第一”为指导思想、以终身体育为目标、促进学生全面发展的体育课程体系。新的体育课程体系结合职业教育“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”的办学方针,也推动了中等职业学校体育与健康课程的全面改革。 本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法通过对北京市部分中等职业学校体育与健康课程改革前后制定教学目标、选取教学内容、实施教学方法和设置教学评价内容等情况进行研究对比,了解并分析学校体育教学改革过程取得的成绩、存在的不足及今后继续深化改革的方向,现得出以下结论: 1、教学改革之前,我国长期受应试教育影响,体育教学处于不受重视的地位,许多中职学校体育教学管理松懈,体育教材内容不能适应不同年龄、性别、专业的特点的的需要,教学过程中教学方法陈旧、教学评价单一,忽视学生全面发展,,严重影响了学生的身心健康。 2、教学改革以来,北京市中等职业学校体育教学环节得到明显的改善,教学目标的制定参考新课标对健康的定义,符合学生身心发展;教学方法在沿用传统手段的基础上,对创新观念做出了许多尝试,如比赛与游戏法、多媒体教学法等,新旧方法有机结合,得到了学生的认可;教学评价已由过去单一的结果评价逐渐向过程评价与结果评价相结合进行转变,对学生体育课成绩进行综合全面的评价,符合体育课“健康第一”的指导思想。 3、北京市中等职业学校在教学改革取得了较大的成果,但仍存在一些问题:部分学校对教学目标制定上缺乏对提高学生相关职业能力的培养;教学内容的选择受教学大纲、学校场地器材等因素影响较大,限制了内容的创新与发展空间,没有充分考虑职业教育的特点;教学手段中高科技技术的运用普及度还不够高。 4、北京市中等职业学校体育教学改革中,部分学校改革成效明显,整个教学环节设计符合学生发展、体现职业特色,值得各中职院校作为进一步深化教育教学改革的参考及依据。
[Abstract]:In the early 1990s, quality education was put forward in an all-round way, and the reform of basic education curriculum was carried out rapidly in primary and secondary schools all over the country. Subsequently, the Ministry of Education promulgated and tried out the new Curriculum Standards for physical Education and Health. The curriculum reform embodied a new educational concept: to build a student-centered, quality-oriented education, take "health first" as the guiding ideology, and take lifelong physical education as the goal. The physical education curriculum system that promotes the students to develop in an all-round way. The new physical education curriculum system combined with the vocational education "service as the purpose, employment oriented" school policy, but also promoted the secondary vocational school physical education and health curriculum reform. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and so on, this paper formulates the teaching objectives before and after the reform of physical education and health curriculum in some secondary vocational schools in Beijing, and selects the teaching contents. The implementation of teaching methods and the setting of teaching evaluation contents are compared, the achievements in the process of physical education teaching reform in schools are understood and analyzed, the shortcomings and the direction of deepening the reform in the future are analyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1. Before the teaching reform, our country was affected by examination-oriented education for a long time, the physical education teaching was in the position of not being paid attention to, many secondary vocational schools' physical education teaching management was lax, the physical education teaching material content could not adapt to the different age, the gender, the specialty characteristic need, In the process of teaching, the old teaching method, the single teaching evaluation and the neglect of the students' all-round development seriously affect the students' physical and mental health. 2. Since the teaching reform, physical education teaching links in secondary vocational schools in Beijing have been obviously improved. The formulation of teaching objectives refers to the definition of health in the new curriculum standard, which conforms to the students' physical and mental development, and the teaching methods are based on the use of traditional means. Many attempts have been made on innovative concepts, such as game and game method, multimedia teaching method and the combination of new and old methods, which have been recognized by the students. The teaching evaluation has gradually changed from the single result evaluation in the past to the process evaluation and the result evaluation. The comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of the students' physical education results accords with the guiding ideology of "health first" in the physical education class. 3. In Beijing secondary vocational schools, great achievements have been made in teaching reform, but there are still some problems: some schools lack of training to improve students' relevant vocational ability in the formulation of teaching objectives, and the choice of teaching content is subject to the syllabus. The influence of school site equipment and other factors is great, which limits the innovation and development space of content, does not fully consider the characteristics of vocational education, and the application of high-tech technology in teaching means is not high enough. 4. In the reform of physical education in secondary vocational schools in Beijing, some schools have achieved remarkable results, and the design of the whole teaching link is in line with the development of students and reflects their professional characteristics. It is worthy of reference and basis for further deepening educational and teaching reform in secondary vocational colleges.
