职后学历教育的经济回报:基于甘肃农村教师劳动力市场的证据

【摘要】:利用甘肃基础教育调查(2004/2007)的两期追踪数据,本文采用双向固定效应估计了农村中小学教师职后学历教育的经济收益。研究发现,作为人力资本积累的重要方式,职后学历教育每增加一年给早期完成学历提升的教师带来6%的经济回报。国家限定教师行业准入的学历资格后,职后学历教育的经济收益不再显著。扣除与职务(技术)等级挂钩的边远艰苦地区津补贴后,净劳动所得与职后学历教育的关系不再显著。职后学历教育可能通过满足职称评聘条件的方式间接影响教师的经济收入,这也从职后学历教育的"文凭效应"中体现出来。
[Abstract]:Based on the data from Gansu basic Education Survey 2004 / 2007, this paper estimates the economic benefits of post-service education of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas by using two-way fixed effect. It is found that as an important way of human capital accumulation, post-service academic education can bring 6% economic return to teachers who have completed their academic qualifications in the early years with the increase of one year. The economic benefits of post-service academic education are no longer significant after the state restricts the qualification of teachers. The relationship between net labor income and post-employment education is no longer significant after deducting subsidies in remote and difficult areas linked to job (technical) grades. Post-service academic education may indirectly affect teachers' economic income by meeting the conditions of job title evaluation and employment, which is also reflected in the "diploma effect" of post-service academic education.
