体育中考背景下的邯郸市初中体育教学现状及对策研究

【摘要】:自从体育中考分数算入整个中考总分以后,体育中考项目的教学已经成为现在初中体育教学中非常重要的教学内容,这也使得更多的人关注“体育”这一门学科,学校和家长对“体育”这一门科目也更加重视,从而提高了体育课在初中学校教学中的地位。体育中考的实施有助于加强初中学校体育工作,对推动初中学校体育发展起到了积极的作用,同时也引起了社会、学校、家长对初中生身体健康成长的关心。本论文以体育中考背景下的邯郸市初中体育教学现状为研究对象,根据研究的需要,选择了邯郸市部分初中:邯郸市11中、邯郸市23中、邯郸市25中、邯郸市27中、邯郸市28中这五所初中为调查对象,并在这五所初中随机抽样调查了100名初三学生。本文的研究方法选用了文献资料法、观察法、数据统计法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等。对邯郸市体育中考现状、邯郸市体育中考项目开展教学现状、邯郸市初中体育教学现状、邯郸市体育中考项目对邯郸市初中体育教学的影响、邯郸市体育中考项目对邯郸市初中生的影响等情况进行了详细的调查研究,并根据实地调查得到的详实数据进行分析,发现其中存在的问题,再根据得到的研究结论,提出可行的建议,为进一步完善“体育中考”这一测评模式,提供有效地理论参考和实践依据。总结归纳得出的结论如下:1、邯郸市大部分初中学校领导和初中体育教师由于过分重视体育中考成绩,将初中体育教学的重点主要集中在对体育中考项目的教学和训练上,忽略了对其他初中体育教学内容的展开、学习,阻挡了初中学生全部身体素质的成长与提高。2、邯郸市初中体育教学内容过于单调,初中学校仅开展了除体育中考项目以外的像田径、篮球、排球、广播体操等这些大纲所规定的初中体育教学内容。这些传统的体育项目,根本无法满足初中学生心理需求的多样性,不利于培养学生参与体育运动的兴趣,不利于培养学生养成锻炼身体的好习惯。3、邯郸市大部分初中的体育教学场地面积偏小,运动器材又十分匮乏,这严重制约了初中体育教学内容的丰富性发展,致使学生参与体育运动的热情不高,对体育课兴味索然,严重阻碍了初中学校体育的发展。4、邯郸市体育中考项目与初中体育教学内容联系的不够紧密,应该注意两者的互相融合、渗透,使得初中生的身体素质得到全面的发展。5、邯郸市初中体育教师对体育中考项目的教学方法单一,不够多样,而且还缺乏创新意识,应该多从如何提高初中生体育学习兴趣这个方面进行思考,丰富教学方法、训练手段。
[Abstract]:Since the score of the physical education examination was counted into the total score of the middle school examination, the teaching of the sports examination item has become a very important teaching content in the physical education teaching of junior high school. This has also made more people pay attention to the subject of "sports". Schools and parents also pay more attention to the subject of physical education, thus enhancing the status of physical education in junior high schools. The implementation of PE examination helps to strengthen the work of junior high school physical education, and plays an active role in promoting the development of junior high school physical education. At the same time, it has also aroused the concern of society, schools and parents for the healthy growth of junior high school students. This paper takes the present situation of physical education in Handan junior middle school under the background of physical education examination as the research object. According to the needs of the research, the author chooses some junior middle schools in Handan City: 11 Middle School in Handan City, 23 Middle School in Handan City, 25 Middle School in Handan City, 27 Middle School in Handan City. In Handan 28, the five junior middle schools were investigated, and 100 junior high school students were randomly sampled in these five junior high schools. The research methods of this paper are literature method, observation method, data statistics method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, logic analysis method and so on. The present situation of physical examination in Handan City, the present situation of teaching in Handan City, the present situation of physical Education Teaching in Junior Middle School of Handan City, the influence of PE examination item in Handan City on Junior Middle School physical Education Teaching in Handan City, The influence of Handan sports middle school examination project on junior high school students in Handan City was investigated in detail, and the detailed data obtained from the field investigation were analyzed to find the existing problems, and then according to the conclusions of the research, Some feasible suggestions are put forward to provide effective theoretical reference and practical basis for the further improvement of the evaluation model of "physical Education examination in Middle School". Summing up and concluding the following conclusions: most junior high school leaders and junior middle school PE teachers in Handan pay too much attention to the results of the physical education examination, so the emphasis of the junior high school physical education teaching is mainly on the teaching and training of the sports examination items. Neglecting the development of other junior middle school physical education contents, learning, blocking the growth and improvement of all the physical quality of junior high school students, Handan junior middle school physical education teaching content is too monotonous, The junior middle school only carries out the contents of physical education in junior high school except for the physical examination items such as track and field basketball volleyball broadcasting gymnastics and so on. These traditional sports simply can not meet the diversity of the psychological needs of junior high school students, which is not conducive to the cultivation of students' interest in participating in sports. It is not conducive to training students to form good habits of exercising. 3. The area of physical education teaching in most junior middle schools in Handan is small, and the sports equipment is very scarce, which seriously restricts the rich development of the contents of physical education in junior middle schools. As a result, students' enthusiasm for participating in sports is not high, and the interest in physical education is low, which seriously hinders the development of physical education in junior high schools. The sports examination items in Handan City are not closely related to the contents of physical education in junior high schools. We should pay attention to the integration and infiltration of the two, so that the physical quality of junior high school students can be comprehensively developed .5. the teaching methods of PE teachers in junior middle schools in Handan City are single, not diverse, and lack of innovative consciousness. We should think more about how to improve junior high school students' interest in physical education, enrich teaching methods and training methods.
