中小学教师职业倦怠的原因及对策研究

【摘要】:随着社会竞争愈发激烈,教育行业也出现了一些问题。例如基础教育的中小学教师群体面临着巨大的竞争压力和生存压力,导致中小学教师存在一定程度上的职业倦怠现象,其生存状况不容乐观,值得引起全社会的关注。因此,教育部门对我国教师的职业倦怠问题给予了极大的重视,特别是中小学教师的职业倦怠问题。通过对教师职业倦怠的理论和现实状况进行综合考察和研究,笔者发现,教师职业倦怠的研究领域中虽然有着一定的研究成果和理论,但是在不同程度上缺乏对教师主体的关注,只是侧重从心理学角度分析,忽略了教师生活现状等其他角度进行全面研究和分析。本研究以缓解教师职业倦怠为落脚点,对教师职业倦怠做出“再认识”,分析了教师职业倦怠的内涵。在此基础上,以河南省新乡市的一些中小学教师为研究对象,对中小学教师的职业倦怠状况开展调查。笔者选用了问卷调查法、访谈等研究方法,把量化研究与质性研究结合起来。通过对收集的数据进行研究分析发现:中小学教师的职业生活状况不容乐观,职业倦怠现象普遍存在。笔者分析了造成以上结果的原因有很多种,包括教师社会地位和收入低的问题、不合理的管理和评价制度、繁重的工作负担等,论文对以上几个方面进行了比较深入的剖析,并就此提出了相关的建议和对策。本研究的目的是增加中国的教师职业倦怠研究的理论基础,并为社会和学校提供一些有效的策略,帮助教师个体预防教师职业倦怠,最终提高我国中小学教育质量。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce social competition, the education industry has also appeared some problems. For example, the primary and middle school teachers in elementary education are facing great competitive pressure and survival pressure, which leads to a certain degree of job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers, whose living condition is not optimistic and deserves the attention of the whole society. Therefore, education departments pay great attention to the problem of teachers' job burnout, especially the problem of primary and secondary school teachers' job burnout. Through the comprehensive investigation and research on the theory and reality of teacher burnout, the author finds that there are some achievements and theories in the research field of teacher burnout. But lack of attention to teachers in varying degrees, only focus on psychological analysis, ignoring the current situation of teachers' life and other aspects of comprehensive research and analysis. This study aims at alleviating the teachers' job burnout, making a new understanding of the teacher's job burnout, and analyzing the connotation of the teacher's job burnout. On this basis, taking some primary and middle school teachers in Xinxiang City of Henan Province as the object of study, this paper investigates the job burnout of primary and middle school teachers. The author chooses questionnaire survey, interview and other research methods to combine quantitative research with qualitative research. Through the research and analysis of the collected data, it is found that the professional life of primary and middle school teachers is not optimistic, and the phenomenon of job burnout is common. The author analyzes the reasons for the above results, including the low social status and income of teachers, unreasonable management and evaluation system, heavy workload and so on. And put forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures. The purpose of this study is to increase the theoretical basis for the study of teacher burnout in China and to provide some effective strategies for society and schools to help teachers prevent teacher burnout and ultimately improve the quality of primary and secondary education in China.
