对县市中小学教师继续教育评价的审思与建议

【摘要】：目前县市中小学教师继续教育评价存在的不足主要表现在评价目标设计过于随意、评价对象范围过于狭隘、评价形式过于单一、评价操作过于机械、评价功能被过于淡化等方面,通过加强评价对象的全员性、评价机制的科学性、评价主体多元性、评价方法多样性、评价形式灵活性等对策,可促进培训机构的自我检测与创新、教师的自我发展与提高、教辅后勤人员的服务意识提升与完善。
[Abstract]:At present, the shortcomings of the continuing education evaluation of the primary and secondary school teachers are mainly manifested in the overly arbitrary evaluation target design, the too narrow scope of the evaluation object, the too single evaluation form, the overly mechanical evaluation operation and the too weak evaluation function, and the scientific nature of the evaluation mechanism and the evaluation subject by strengthening the evaluation to the image. The diversity, the diversity of evaluation methods and the flexibility of the evaluation form can promote the self-examination and innovation of the training institutions, the self development and improvement of the teachers, and the improvement and improvement of the service consciousness of the teaching assistant logistics personnel.
