民国时期支配阶级眼中的中小学教师身份认同研究

【摘要】：本研究在对国内外已有相关研究进行综合分析的基础上,对民国三十八年间支配阶级对国统区的中小学教师身份的各项规定以及当权者在各个场合表达的对教师的角色期待进行了细致而全面的梳理,明晰了民国时期支配阶级眼中的中小学教师身份认同流变大致以政权的更迭、国内主要矛盾的变化为界限,经历了从“新民教化者”到“传统捍卫者”再到“军政训导员”、“抗战宣传员”及至最后的“赤化避免者”五大变化过程。民国时期中小学教师身份相较于中国古代,呈现出传统经师身份逐渐消隐,身份的政治功能得到极大彰显、单一环境被打破,教师身份趋向复杂化两大特点。其特点表征的背后主要有三大原因：一是受当时国内局势动荡、政象不宁,国外群狼环伺、民族危机深重的特殊历史背景所限,民族矛盾和政党之争的力量博弈导致教师身份变动不居；二是因支配阶级为实现政治野心将教育当作政治的“斗兽场”,极力倡导教育的工具价值,无视教育的价值理性所致；三是教师或因现实的经济困窘或因对当局所提倡的教育观念的不认可,呈现出教师的实然表现与当局的价值诉求相悖,使得当局不得不不断调整政策规定。透过历史的镜像,通过对民国政府做法得失的思考,笔者认为国家应从提高教育政策稳定性,维护教学独立性；扩大教师自由度,提升自我尊严感；建立长效机制保障经费投入,提升中小学教师待遇等几方面提高和增强当今我国制度化情境中的中小学教师身份认同感,避免重蹈历史覆辙。
[Abstract]:On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the relevant research at home and abroad, this study makes a detailed and comprehensive comb on the regulations of the dominant class on the status of primary and middle school teachers in the Kuomintang area in the Republic of China during the thirty-eight years of the Republic of China and the anticipation of the role of the authorities to the role of teachers in various occasions, and clarifies the eyes of the dominant class in the Republic of China. The evolution of primary and secondary school teachers' identity is about the change of political power and the change of major contradictions in China as the five change process from "new people educator" to "traditional defender" to "military and political Trainer" and "Anti Japanese War propagandist" to the last "red avoidance person". The status of primary and secondary school teachers in the Republic of China was compared with the period of the Republic of China. In ancient China, the political function of the traditional classics gradually disappeared and the political function of identity was greatly highlighted. The single environment was broken and the teacher's identity tended to be complex. There were two main reasons behind its characteristic characterization: one was the special history of the turbulent national situation at that time, the unpleasant political situation, the foreign wolves, and the deep national crisis. Limited by historical background, the power game between ethnic contradictions and political parties cause the teacher's identity to be incompatible. Two is that the dominant class is the "animal farm" for political ambition to realize the political ambitions, and strongly advocate the instrumental value of education, ignore the value rationality of education; the three is the teacher or the real economic embarrassment or because of the authorities. The non recognition of the idea of education suggests that the actual performance of the teacher is contrary to the value appeal of the authorities, which makes the authorities have to constantly adjust the policy provisions. Through the historical mirror image, the author thinks that the state should improve the stability of the education policy, maintain the independence of the teaching, and expand the teachers by thinking about the gains and losses of the government's practice in the Republic of China. Freedom, enhance the sense of self dignity, the establishment of long-term mechanism to guarantee the investment, improve the treatment of primary and secondary school teachers and other aspects to improve and enhance the status of primary and secondary school teachers in the situation of our country, and avoid the historical mistakes.
