化学教师专业发展内在影响因素的个案研究

【摘要】:教师专业发展是目前教师专业领域的一个热门话题。究其原因,是因为人们渐渐认识到教师在教育及教学改革中的作用和价值。当前正在推行的新课程改革,对教师专业发展提出了更高的标准和要求。由于教育是一个系统工程,单边批评老师有失客观和公允。研究教师专业发展影响因素,寻求处置对策是教育行业面临的重要问题。为此,本文以中山市某重点中学三位化学教师为研究个案,探讨化学教师专业发展中内在影响因素。研究对象是某中学高一、高二、高三各一名共三位化学教师,主要以访谈为主要形式进行个案研究。研究资料收集工具有正式及非正式访谈、教师教学日志、教学资料等,采用质性与量化相结合的方式进行资料分析。全文共分四章:第1章文献综述,提出当前研究教师专业发展的总体情况和历史背景,阐释化学教师专业发展的内涵、分析研究教育现状和专业发展影响因素,并提出研究目的和研究意义。第2章阐述研究方案,包括研究问题的提出,研究方法的简介、选择理由,以及研究对象的合理性、研究过程等。第3章研究过程,详细阐述战老师、都老师、周老师三位化学教师的个人简介,专业发展主要历程以及专业发展心声。第4章结论与反思,提出本研究的研究结论,提出工作建议。通过研究,本文结合中山市化学教育实践情况,综合分析影响化学教师专业发展的内在因素,提出有效策略,包括:(1)常常进行教学反思;(2)培养亲和力;(3)不断学习,与时俱进;(4)热爱教育,感知职业幸福感。但是,鉴于研究本身具有缺乏代表性、缺乏严格控制等特性,加之研究时间和样本有限,所得到的结论只能在一定程度上达成促进化学教师专业发展的目标。
[Abstract]:Teacher professional development is a hot topic in teacher professional field. The reason is that people have come to realize the role and value of teachers in education and teaching reform. The new curriculum reform, which is being carried out at present, puts forward higher standards and requirements for teachers' professional development. Because education is a systematic project, unilateral criticism of teachers is not objective and fair. It is an important problem for the education industry to study the influencing factors of teachers' professional development and seek solutions. Therefore, this paper takes three chemical teachers in a key middle school in Zhongshan City as a case study to explore the internal influencing factors in the professional development of chemical teachers. The subjects of this study are three chemistry teachers in a middle school, one in senior high school, one in sophomore school and one in junior high school. The case study is mainly conducted in the form of interview. The research data collection tools include formal and informal interviews, teachers' teaching logs, teaching materials and so on. The data are analyzed by the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The full text is divided into four chapters: chapter 1, literature review, puts forward the general situation and historical background of the current research on teachers' professional development, explains the connotation of chemical teachers' professional development, analyzes the current situation of education and the influencing factors of professional development. The purpose and significance of the research are put forward. The second chapter describes the research scheme, including the question of research, the introduction of research methods, the reasons for selection, and the rationality of the research object, the research process, and so on. Chapter 3, the research process, elaborates the personal introduction, the main course of professional development and the voice of professional development of three chemistry teachers, teacher Chan, du and Zhou in detail. Chapter 4: conclusion and introspection, put forward the research conclusion of this research, put forward the work suggestion. Based on the research, this paper, based on the practice of chemical education in Zhongshan City, synthetically analyzes the internal factors that affect the professional development of chemistry teachers, and puts forward effective strategies, including teaching reflection on teaching and learning. Keep pace with the times and love education and feel professional happiness. However, in view of the lack of representativeness, lack of strict control and limited research time and samples, the conclusions can only achieve the goal of promoting the professional development of chemistry teachers to a certain extent.
