中学德育过程衔接的优化研究

【摘要】:德育过程衔接就是德育在不同阶段的连接和发展,中学德育过程包括中学德育目标的制定、德育内容的安排、德育的实施方式以及德育评估的检验。青少年思想品德的形成和发展是阶段性和连续性的统一,决定了德育过程要体现阶段性和层次性。中学德育过程衔接优化就是要实现初、高中德育目标一以贯之,德育内容承前启后,德育实施方式相互贯通,德育效果及时评估。目前中学各自为政、自成一体,德育过程之间出现脱节,表现为德育目标缺乏系统性和阶段性,德育内容缺乏有序性和连贯性,德育实施方式自成一体,缺乏学段间的沟通交流,德育评估体系滞后等问题。中学德育工作实效性低,引起人们的关注。文章在深入分析中学德育过程衔接现状的基础上,提出了优化中学德育过程衔接的策略。要根据学生的思想实际和理解接受能力,整体构建德育目标体系,将总体目标分解为具体的阶段目标,实现中学德育目标的对接;完善一体化的德育内容体系,实现德育内容要素完整、循序渐进、逐层递进、相互衔接;整合德育过程实施方式,加强初、高中阶段的沟通交流;建立评估体系,保证中学德育全程衔接。
[Abstract]:The connection of moral education process is the connection and development of moral education in different stages. The process of middle school moral education includes the formulation of moral education goal, the arrangement of moral education content, the implementation mode of moral education and the test of moral education evaluation. The formation and development of teenagers' ideological and moral character is the unity of stage and continuity, which determines that the process of moral education should embody stage and level. The optimization of the middle school moral education process is to achieve the initial goal of high school moral education, moral education content connecting the past and the future, moral education implementation mode of mutual penetration, moral education effect evaluation in time. At present, the middle schools manage their own affairs and form an integral whole. The disconnection between the moral education process is manifested in the lack of systematic and phased moral education goals, the lack of order and coherence in the moral education content, and the self-integration of the moral education implementation mode. Lack of communication between learning paragraphs, moral evaluation system lags behind, and so on. The actual effect of moral education in middle school is low, and people pay attention to it. On the basis of deeply analyzing the current situation of middle school moral education process cohesion, the paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing middle school moral education process cohesion. According to the students' ideological reality and the ability to understand and accept, the goal system of moral education should be constructed as a whole, the overall goal should be decomposed into concrete stage goals, and the goal of moral education in middle school should be realized, and the integrated content system of moral education should be perfected. To achieve the integrity of the elements of moral education, step by step, mutual convergence; integration of the implementation of the process of moral education, to strengthen the initial and high school stage of communication and communication; establish an evaluation system to ensure that the middle school moral education link.
