提高物理教师实验教学修养的研究

【摘要】:本文采用文献分析法和实例分析法探讨了物理教师实验教学修养的相关理论,分析了物理教师实验教学修养的现状,提出了提升物理教师实验教学修养的途径:在物理实验教学过程中必须讲究一定策略、发挥教师的主导作用、加强教师的自我人文修养和道德修养、提高教师的自身教育教学能力,并给出教学案例。本研究还依据提高物理教师实验教学修养的途径进行了初步教学实践,并对提升教学实践的效果以及对提升教学效果的影响进行分析。研究结果表明提高物理教师实验教学修养,有助于切实提高学生的实验操作水平,并有助于培养学生的创新思维和动手意识。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the relevant theories of physics teachers' experimental teaching accomplishment and analyzes the present situation of physics teachers' experimental teaching accomplishment by means of literature analysis and case analysis. This paper puts forward some ways to improve the experimental teaching accomplishment of physics teachers: in the process of physics experiment teaching, we must pay attention to certain strategies, give play to the leading role of teachers, and strengthen teachers' self-cultivation of humanity and morality. Improve the teacher's own teaching ability and give the teaching case. This study also carries on the preliminary teaching practice according to the way of improving physics teachers' experimental teaching accomplishment, and analyzes the effect of improving the teaching practice as well as the effect on the improvement of the teaching effect. The research results show that the improvement of physics teachers' experimental teaching accomplishment is helpful to improve the students' experimental operation level and to cultivate the students' creative thinking and hands-on consciousness.
