【摘要】:正推行"双岗双责""边缘生转化责任制"和"导师制"管理双管齐下,把教育和育人紧密结合,是学校提升管理效能、实现"立德树人"目标的有益尝试。自古以来,教师的职责以育人为第一位,教书为第二位。但在巨大的升学压力面前,教书为主,育人为次,或者教书与育人截然分开,忽略育人,只谈教书的现象,已经严重影响了教育发展的生态。多年来,我校尝试推行"双岗双责"管
