中小学名优教师教学主张:内涵、价值与形成

【摘要】:教学主张是卓越教师的品牌内核,是中小学名优教师走向卓越的关键和核心所在。探讨中小学名优教师教学主张的内涵、特征与结构要素,剖析教学主张对中小学名优教师专业成长的价值,总结分析中小学名优教师教学主张的形成与完善过程,指出中小学名优教师教学主张凝练需要注意的若干问题,以期对中小学名优教师教学主张凝练有所助益。
[Abstract]:Teaching propositions are the brand core of excellent teachers and the key and core of the high-quality teachers in primary and secondary schools. This paper probes into the connotation, characteristics and structural elements of the teaching propositions of famous and excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools, analyzes the value of teaching opinions to the professional growth of famous and excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools, and summarizes and analyzes the forming and perfecting process of the teaching ideas of famous and excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools. This paper points out some problems that should be paid attention to in the teaching of famous and excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools, in order to be helpful to the teaching of famous and excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools.
